When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon of a Fiend-Type monster, you can remove this card from play from your Graveyard to draw 1 card.

"Joker Clown" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Summoned, you can discard any number of cards, For every card discarded by this effect, destroy 1 card on the field and inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, draw 1 card and discard 1 card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon it.

meh, Shotgun Joker doesn't look crazy enough, but that's another matter

the burn for the most part SHOULD be fine, probably won't be more than 2000 anyway for the synchro, though I'd still keep it at a max of 1800 burn and that's it

I'm unsure for the last effect you want to use that as part of the first for constantly burning your opponent so much this way, might make it a bit TOO Oped

9.6/10

I give these 2 cards 5/5. Seem pretty balanced. I love the picture for the Synchro btw :) I wonder where people get all these images...

**Edit** Misread something. The first part of the synchro says "Summoned". Which means you can special summon it and use it's burn effect a lot of times. That seems a bit overpowered to me. So 4/5.

Great overall. I do agree with Ragnarok that it could become a little OPed, what with the constant Summoning and the destruction of cards, but I guess discarding all those cards would make somewhat of a balanced downside...

Anyway, good job overall. I adore the pictures, the grammar is fine and overall it's a solid 10/10 (don't want to mark down for Synchro effect when I'm unsure of its OPed-ness).
