This card was made for anyone out there who is experiencing heartbreak as I myself am going through it as well. There is a meaning to the card and to its effect and both will be described below... if you are going through heartbreak or have before this card is specifically for you.

[spoiler=Lore]During your Standby Phase, place 1 Time Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Time Counters from this card to activate the following effect: Pay 500 Life Points to draw 2 cards.

 

[spoiler=Meaning Of The Card]The time counters that accumulate on the card each turn represent the time that passes after your heart is broken. Paying the time counters and 500 life points to draw cards represents that as time passes by, and although you may lose a part of who you are, you will be given other chances. The chances could turn in your favor... or against you...

I think it's fine the way it is. I just only give out a 10-10 (which this card almost made me do) if I REALLY like the card.

 

So I guess it's a 9.9-10

The idea behind this card seems pretty good so I'm giving it a 9.5/10

Effect is very interesting but I think there should be a limitation as if you accumulate enough counters, you can just remove 1 counter and draw. But overall, it's good.

Thanks but it does have some limits if you think about it. Your hand size for one assuming you havent played "Infinite Cards." If you drew a bunch of non-helpful cards your hand could get crowded. Also the life point cost. Say you get 5 cards and either overflow your hand or refill it if its low. Thats 2500 LP lost right there! Not to mention with all the spell/trap removers now you think it will last long enough on the field to become OP?

I was thinking about that too. Thanks for confirming it for me. =D Card updated.

 

EDIT: Card updated with slightly modified effect. Now you must pay 3 time counters to activate the effect but you may draw 2 cards. The LP cost remains the same. This has caused the wording in the meaning to change slightly but it still means exactly what it did before. ^^

It's a great card, i love the pic, and I dunno if the fact that you can keep reusing it poses a problem or not. Although if you do decide to send it to the graveyard when you draw 2, it would make sense seeing as the heart isn't broken anymore.

It wouldnt pose a problem seeing as it takes a good while to get the 3 counters and now a days with cards like Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Dust Tornado, etc. how often is a spell gonna stay on the field for 6 turns to be reused eh? haha.
