Shaco
Concerning Stardust Dragon: Can it negate an effect that decides if it wants to destroy a card when it resolves? For example: Magical Dimension I know it can't negate cards that may or may not destroy based on chance, like Snipe Hunter, but can it negate Magical Dimension. Magical Dimension: Activate only while you control a Spellcaster-Type monster. Tribute 1 monster and Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. Then, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. Stardust Dragon: You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase.

Sephiroth_The_Legend
No, as Stardust misses the timing with it.Its the one destruction card that gets around it. and, use the Q & A thread next time.
