You do realize that the opponents monster won't be around for 4 more turns sinse you just switched it to ATK pos, reduced it's ATK to 0 and attacked it?

Well, to be fair the second effect it's nice: it becomes basically a direct attack.

However, since you need "Skill Drain" to summon her, probably that trap card will still be active when she is Summoned and will negate her effect.

 

Both the pic and name are great so It wouldn't be a bad idea if you made another version of her with an actually useful effect (or at least without that summoning condition).

You do realize that Shura the Blue flames Special Summon effect negates the effect of Vayu right? So I'd use Shura to destroy a monster then bring out Vayu, Vayu's effect is negated so you can use it as a Synchro Summon on the field. Then keep Vayu on the field until you can bring out Sirrocco and Synchro Summon this card.

 

So you don't need skill drain on the field to bring this card out.

 

Just realized all material monsters need to be negated so I'd just keep attacking with Shura until I have the requirements.
