Also, this card doesn't do anything at 1 that it can't do at 2... i.e. it fails the 3/0 test. Chaos wasn't exactly tier 1 last format, either. This. I fail to see the link between this and those 2. Why ban the +1 with the +3 (+6 in certain decks) and the +X where X is the amount of cards your opponent controls still allowed to roam free? Certainly, Chaos came back, but was it really all that bad? Certainly, Chaos was powerful, but we had Lumina and Charge at 3, the D-Hero draw engine, Blackwings (which we still have...) Chaos Sorcerer is great, but I don't want it banned. It can still be rolled over with 2300 ATK, and as previously stated, there are more powerful cards to worry about.
