Psycho Shocker Android
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. Effect:When your opponent Special Summons a monster, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. There can only be 1 face-up "Dragon Ice" monster on the field. That Fat Guy
These would be funnier if you didn't bold what it actually is in the first part of the post, then it could be a fun game to determine where in the sentence it was =D. I used to like this guy before, y'know, Phantom Darkness ruined the game.

metalflygon08
It's outclassed Cyber Dinosuar IMO, O WAIT *re-re-read the card* this can hit from the Grave too, but personally I don't like the whole 1 on field and discard for it, when other cards do similar stuff without the discard. CrabHelmet
It's outclassed Cyber Dinosuar IMO' date=' O WAIT *re-re-read the card* this can hit from the Grave too, but personally I don't like the whole 1 on field and discard for it, when other cards do similar stuff without the discard.[/quote'] Cyber Dinosaur only works if the opponent Special Summons from the hand, which not only is strictly less common than Special Summons in general but also generally means that whatever they're Special Summoning has a nuke effect that will kill Cyber Dinosaur for free anyhow. Also, note that you can discard Dragon Ice as the cost to Special Summon itself.
Mister Sir
IIRC this did something to disrupt priority for the non-turn player using this card to gain the upper hand when using BTH. ...I could be wrong though, it was 2 years ago.

Chain resolves backwards and opponent can't bottomless or torrent this because last thing to happen was whatever they activated with priority. You should also be able to chain this guy's effect multiple times in the chain so if you want to play around bottomless you can activate his effect then chain it, resolve backwards and they can't bottomless because the summon effect on chain link 1 fizzled. TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
I would rather run vice dragon or cyber dragon, because this could be run over easily by many meta monsters now. If only you didn't have to discard one, then it would almost be meta-worthy.
