Parion555 Posted March 23, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 Wow.Simply wow.I just tested the Machina Deck against a friend who used Blackwings.9/10 duels i won.I made a little different version of Machinas,putting 3 Peacekeepers,and the deck worked amazing.Peacekeeper to search Gearframe,Gearframe to search Fortress and Force discarded to summon Fortress.Simply amazing. BulletMan Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 You haven't seem Machina Gadgets until you've seen Solid in them... It gives Gadgets good ATK, makes you run over anything, you should test against them. They are the backbone of the deck. Peacekeeper and Armored Unit are vastly overrated, but still not bad. Scrap Recycler, who is not a Machina, but he's often associated with them, is (s)crap. The big 1800 ATK guy (forgot his name) is a decent beatstick that can fill a spot in the deck if you don't know what else to put. Everything else is worse than (S)crap Recycler. Extremely overrated. It's a $40 deck that wins regionals. Parion555 Posted March 23, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 For some reason i find it fun to play 2 scrap recyclers.They just seem fun to me and they somethimes save me when i'm in a bad situation,like with it's effect i draw Lightning or Heavy or maybe something even better.I'm going to try them at locals this saturday and if i manage to place in the top 3 then i will have to say a big WOW. I used the extra space i had (I was running 3 Scraps, which was overkill :/) to use for Card Trooper or Cyber Phoenix. I can't decided which to use though. I only run Soldier IRL with Sniper aswell because i don't have a couple of the cards (Starlight Road, Royal Oppresion, Plaguespreader, few other monsters), Which kinda kills my deck and i wish i had more money. Rose Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 Starlight Road is great if you run your deck Trap heavy, about 8-9 Traps is a good amount untill you should add Starlight Road, 2 is recomended. Plaguespreader is great for my kind of deck the best because i run Foolish Burial, meaning i have something else to dump instead of just fortress. He's also a good good Solidarity tech and i like it's easy synchro summon factor. If you have him and have room, he's fun to run and has tested great with me so far. Parion555 Posted March 23, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 Well i don't know,mainly i play 3 peacekeepers,3 gearframe,3 fortress,also i play 3 cyber valley and more often i summon them with the 2 copies of machine duplication i play and i don't know i play 2 snipers,2 defenders,3 soldiers,2 scrap recyclers and 1 force mainly for discarding for fortress.The 5 traps i play are 2 roll out,2 dimensional prison and 1 scrap iron scarecrow.I also play 3 machina Armored unit and the staples like Brain control and those.Other than that i play frontline base and that's it i guess.I don't play the gadgets or foolish.
