[DISC] Widespread Dud

Looks liek a fun card :3. Good thing it dodges Starlight Road as well.

How exactly does it do that? You activate when an effect destroys 2 or more cards you control...it destroys 2...therefore activating it.

I think he means when one of the selected monsters leaves the field situation.

Even if your opponent can Starlight Road it (which I think they can't, depending on when the destruction resolves), they'll be negating a card that has already gone away. That basically makes them waste a Starlight, and then they have one shot with that Stardust.

You wouldn't be able to activate Starlight Road at the time of activation of Widespread Dud because no cards are being destroyed at that time, so you cannot definitely say two monsters will be destroyed. You wouldn't be able to activate Starlight Road when Widespread Dud is destroyed and in turn destroys two monsters because the destruction is from the Continuous Effect of Widespread Dud and cannot be chained to.
