Another Remake..

make it worth the 20$ secret rare paper its printed on... or at least close to it...

Lore:

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can discard 1 card from your hand. If you activate this effect, increase this card's ATK by 500 until the End Phase. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand during the Damage Step to increase the ATK of all Fiend-Type monsters you control by 400 until the End Phase of this turn.

umm maybe this could be part of the effect:

"Pay 500 Life Points,discard 1 Fairy-Type monster on your Opponent's side of the Field to the Graveyard,use this effect once per Turn.Pay 500 Life Points,discard 1 LIGHT monster on your Opponent's side of the Field,use this effect once per Turn."

9/10 other than that.

Anyway, the effect is kinda boring. All it does is boost ATK. You should make it more... evile >=D

Well, i could make it ALOT more complicated but, its an old card and you want it to be playable in the everyday game. which is could be as it is.

First, that doesnt make sense. Second, Gil Garth is a fiend.....why would the effect have anything to do with fairies......

also, i think its fine as it is...

What can I say? Your card is good. You could apply his two effects to boost its ATK to 2700 and bring down most powerful monsters your opponent may have.

 

However, 2700 it's still low when there are stronger threats out there and also when attacking is no longer safe with all those Traps around. To compensate this, you could let this card discard any number of cards to gain ATK for each one of them.

Also, by removing the "Once per turn" in the second effect, you will be giving Gil Garth an awesome effect, because there can be many Damage Steps during a Battle Phase (depending on the number of monsters that attack) and therefore, the second effect could be activated multiple Times during the same Battle Phase, boosting its ATK-increasing ability.

 

To further increase this card's synergy with Dark World or Fableds, change the

"you can discard 1 card from your hand during the Damage Step to increase the ATK of all Fiend-Type monsters you control by 400 until the End Phase of this turn."

for

"you can discard 1 card from your hand during the Damage Step and increase the ATK of all Fiend-Type monsters you control by 400 until the End Phase of this turn."

There's one problem with being able to discard as many cards as you like...... it makes it far too abusable...

i wanted to stay away from it being too powerful and a 2700 monster is still a fair beatstick considering its only level 4. also, by incorporating the "And" that would indicate it being labled as a cost which would cause the Dark Worlds and Fabled to "not" get their effects...

provided you play safely, there shouldnt be a problem with it attacking...

also, seeing as it increases during the damage step, and there's only 2 other cards that do that (honest/kalut) i wanted to not give it a massive attack boost like those but still make it somewhat decent...

 

understand where i'm coming from on this?
