Aximil
0 vs 0 ATK = nothing happens This has ben in the rules for ages. Even though there's no official rule on it. It's a BKSS rule. I found out about it over the video games.
Edglar
The reason that "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" doesn't work like "Mystic Tomato" and "Newdoria" is the nature of "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther's" effect. When the controller of "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" activates it's effect, it begins a chain. When the chain resolves, "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther's" effect places a condition on "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther." The condition is that "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" must be "face up on the field" and the condition lasts "until the of this turn." When "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" copies the effect of "Mystic Tomato" the condition is placed upon him. When the "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" who copied "Mystic Tomato" gets sent to the graveyard, the game state checks the condition of "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" (this does NOT start a chain). The game state recognizes that the condition placed upon "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" has ended because he is no longer "face up on the field" and thus, does not receive his effect. Aximil
Yeah. There are a few other rules that have slipped my mind right now that should be one way but are different just because Konami said they're different. EDIT: Guardian Kay'Est. I had an argument about it with someone on whether or not peoples can attack directly while that's the only monster on their field.

Hm... Also, this thread has been answered a good twelve dozen times now.
