What do you mean, 'doesn't trigger replays'? It says, 'when this card battles...' meaning whenever it battles.

Why would you ever Special Summon this card? You can Normal Summon it with 1 Tribute, just like a Monarch!

Interesting image and a workable effect, not to mention Raiza has been spent once it's summoned so no, yes it is worth the loss. Just crazy odd how to SS it from your hand.
