This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Red-Eyed Black Dragon" from your side of the field. When this card is Summoned, add 1 "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card attacks, increase this card ATK by 300 for each Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. This card is unaffected by Trap Cards.

It's Special Summonable by tributing 1 specific Dragon. I know it's level 7, but if you're running Dragons, you run REDMD, which makes it much easier to summon.

Second, when you Special Summon it, Red-Eyes returns to your hand, meaning you could use it as discard fodder, or Summon it again later in the game.

Third, when it attacks, it gains 300 ATK for each Dragon in your Grave. Now, I know you're copying Red-Eyes Darkness, but with a base ATK of 2800, it's much easier to abuse. Take Future Fusion, mill 5 Dragons, this card gains 1500 when it attacks, resulting in 4300 ATK. This is backed up as even more abusable with this card being immune to traps. You need to include during the Damage Step only (which I'm pretty sure that was what you were trying to do) or else it becomes even more broken.

Lastly, it's immune to all traps. That means it gets past Bottomless, Torrential, Mirror Force, D-Prison, etc. You get a 4300+ beater that's immune to all those just mentioned.

The picture is awesome. Why don't you try with it something different to a "Red Eyes Darkness Dragon" ripoff? When I saw it I immediately thought "Assault Mode!".

 

As Byak explained (and better that I would have done), the card is overpowered. At first I thought that the specific Tribute balanced it, but adding the REDMD element that condition is easily fulfilled. Even if it only gains ATK when it attacks, it is still strong. Since this card can be summoned easily, I think you could take out either the ATK boost effect or the Trap immunity effect to make it more balanced.

 

I found an small OCG error there. The last effect must be like this:

This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards.

I tend to not like cards that are immune to Trap Cards, simply because it gives you too easy a way out. Besides that, this card seems good, though not that innovative (more or less a power-up version of REDD)

I think what is OP about this card is simply its combination with REDMD, which in definitely more OP than this card... >_>
