Saiba Aisu
Hello, everyone. So, anyways, I have recently decided to focus on extending my cardmaking work for my current writing project, Days of the Black Apple. In this case, I decided to give you guys a sneak peak at another of the many Japanese-styled cards cards which will be featured in my current writing project, Days of the Black Apple. This card is further support to the Deck which featured Elemental Empress Chiko, Elemental Empress Mizuko, and Elemental Empress Enko. As always, your comments and suggestions are appreciated. === Elemental Empress Kuroko - Original Image by Zeiva; Edited by HP Doom & Saiba Aisu. Elemental Empress KurokoLevel 8DarkSpellcaster-Type/EffectATK 2400 / DEF 2000You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 2 DARK monsters on either side of the field. Each time a Spell Card is activated, gain 800 Life Points. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental Empress" monster from your Graveyard, except for "Elemental Empress Kuroko" and negate its effects until the End Phase. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.
Max.
The Elementals never cease to amaze me. 9.7/
Yang Xiao-Long
Yay another Empress! Awesome pic, nice effect. Awesome card! 10/
-DOOM
Pretty cool effect. Somehow, this could be the key card of all empresses. Pretty nice job mate!
Saiba Aisu
Okay, I will do my best to address everyone's comments one at a time in order. Cornholio: Thanks very much for the almost perfect rating and the compliment. They are rapidly becoming one of my favorite sets as well! Junior: Yay, another super-positive comment! xD Thanks a lot, Junior, I am glad you like the card, although the picture's editing is largely the work of HP Doom. All I did was render it, but that took a while... Thanks for the perfect rating! HP Doom: Ah, I am glad you like it, HP Doom. As the editing artist, your opinion counts for a lot, don't you think? It's always good for the artist to like the card that his beautiful image is being used for... And this is quite the beautiful image. Yep, it's one of the biggest ace cards of the Elemental Empresses! Thanks for taking the time to post such a positive remark. More comments, please! Alcander
YAY! another Empress :D OCG and JAP Card skills flawless like always... the picture it's nice but the stock it's a bit pixelated, as above said this is the "key" to all the empress, with this one in your side of the field it wouldn't be a problem about summoning the others. Blanced and creative effect. You made a perfect Job on this one 9.5/10 isn't there a light empress? EDIT: the Attribute it's blurry >_< sorry for being detailed. Darj
Well, as HP Doom mentioned, this is the key card of Elemental Empresses. You could focus on DARK monsters and send the other Empresses to the Graveyard, and this card will bring them all to the field, skipping their Summoning Conditions which are a bit difficult to fulfill. And to ensure the easy summoning of Kuroko, you could use DNA Transplant, choose DARK and Tribute your opponent's monsters. I don't know which other "Elemental Empress" support you got, but Kuroko and all the DARK support out there is enough to make a decent Deck. I would call such Deck "Dark Empress" or something like that, haha. Great job!
Saiba Aisu
Okay, I will address everyone's comments one at a time, in order. Alcander: Haha, yes, she's quite the card, no? Yep, it took a lot of practice and time to develop my OCG and Japanese cardmaking skills. Yes, the picture is a little pixelated, I know. But I also know that HP Doom tried very hard and did a pretty nice job overall. And yep, this is a crucial card to any Empress Deck. Thanks for the high rating and compliments, and I'm really glad you like the card. And yes, there is a Light Empress, I just need to get it together and render her. And yeah... but it's not as bad as Fire. xD Frex: Yeah, this card is quite the doozy in an Empress Deck, especially with Dark supports thrown in. And you're quite sharp - further support to this archetype will feature an improved version of DNA Transplant. Well, there are three other Elemental Empresses listed in the first post with links if you're interested. But thanks for the positive remark. More comments, please! Gogeta™
I like the effect, very well balanced and the OCG is clean. The Japanese text is also something to appreciate. Pic is looking great and the card is awesome overall so 9.8/10 :)

Saiba Aisu
Okay, I will do my best to address everyone's comments one at a time, in order. Gogeta: I'm glad you like this card; thanks! I worked extensively on her in efforts to make her perfect, and it really looks like they paid off. Thanks for being able to appreciate the unique beauty of this card. 4ater: Uh, yeah, I guess? It's a popular enough theme, except that these are custom images that are anything but commonplace. I couldn't care less if you rated me 9/10 "cuz" I wasn't original... And what are Elemental Valkyries? More comments, please!
Cloister
Is this HP's pic? o_O Well, I think the gain 800 LP is much. I would lower it to maybe 600... Seems like a good card, and like HP said, could be the core of these Empresses.
Saiba Aisu
Yep, it sure is. It turned out nicely, right? Also, the Life Point gain for 800 is something all the Elemental Empresses have in common. They're not exactly known for sticking around after you summon them... And yes, she's quite the ace card of the Deck. Thanks for taking the time to remark so positively. More comments, please!
ragnarok1945
once again, you performed excellent in terms of OCG as for the effect, the only thing I'd change is the summoning, where at least 1 of the 2 DARK Monsters has to come from your side of the field 9/
Saiba Aisu
Thanks, Ragnarok, for taking the time post such a constructive comment and giving me a high rating. ^^ Yep, I took a leaf from your book and made sure to capitalize "Tributing" this time around... And meh, I guess that it would really suck if you tributed the opponent's Blackwings for this card, but it's not exactly a common scenario. More comments, please!
