It's not bad but, to be honest, I don't really like it. The card it's self is good and the effect is fine it's just that I don't think there needs to be a Synchro type Blue-Eyes. Other than that it's really fine.

This should be a Fusion. There's no point in having it as a Synchro if both monsters are specific, even if 1 is a tuner.

I would prefer this card to be a Fusion but w/e. Nice Royal Decree on legs + the BEWD SS effect. I personally think it would make BEWD decks more playable.
