Sort of a WATER support. They are all called Icy Blue (Yes, it's based after that admin that hasn't ban me.. yet)

These card's effect rotate around your opponent's turn phase. Each has a different effect and activate in a different phase. One being more op and harder to summon the the other.

The last 2 cards can be summoned during your opponent's Battle Phase for a beaststick and op effect.

You can add 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your Deck to your hand instead of conducting a normal draw in your Draw Phase. Once per turn, during your opponent

LOREThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters during your opponent's Battle Phase. This card's name is treated as "Icy Blue" while in your hand, Graveyard, or on the field. While this card is in your Deck, it's name is also treated as "Icy Blue" when targeted by a card effect. During your opponent's Draw Phase, before your opponent draws, declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Look at the top card of your opponent's Deck. If that card is the declared card type, add it to their hand (Your opponent cannot draw a card during this Draw Phase). If not, activate the appropriate effects, based on the type of the card drawn:

• Spell: Discard the drawn card and both players draw 1 card.

• Trap: Discard the drawn card and you draw 1 card. Afterward, you opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand.

• Monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the drawn card.

1st card though' date=' I don't see why you Normal Summon it from the Graveyard. Why isn't it a special summon?

[/quote']

Because it'd be too OP. It's lvl4 with 1900 atk. That part was added to resummon it, but it still eats up your Normal Summon. The good part is it adds to card advantage, and doesn't eat up hand advantage.

1st image is Miku Hatsune' date=' you know? And cards looks good, i haven't found any OCG errors. 9/10

*Slams Watch* BIG CHILL! Actually this reminds me more oif Big Chill than good'ol Icy. Ya know, Big Chill, the Blue Moth thing?

Totally reminds me of Tronta posting the other Morphin' Jars

First pic is Hatsune Miku? Meh meh... Normal Summon from the Graveyard, haven't seen a card like that before.

Burn Deck, Discard and Draw... I dunno, you name it.

Good enough to be 8/10 *Plays some Final Fantasy Music*

looks like the OCG is fine for all 3 cards

1000 Life Point should be 1000 Life Points

overall though, you did very well on the effects, I'll give the cards 9.7/10

Guest JoshIcy

I'm not an admin just Super Mod and Local CC Mod and Member, and seriously stop referring to me as staff in public conversation.

Harpie Ruling kills this card set completely before it even started =/...
