I've decided to make a chart.If you declare a deck in a certain tier, then it will count as a vote. Votes will be updated once a week, or sooner, since this thread just started. YOU MUST GIVE A GOOD REASON FOR WHY I SHOULD COUNT THE VOTE. 8)

Which is how the Tier system is judged. Alot of people don't know that :/. Manjoume's list is the official one, atleast from a few weeks ago, but even then it's not gonna change that much.
