Kaisu
L3 tuners are overused >. Can't see any OCG errors, the pic seems new, only it's not quite what you'd find on a YGO card.
ragnarok1945
can't you make it lv4 tuner or something? nothing too new in the effect, but since you can use the tokens for synchro summoning as well, I find that well balanced out pic looks neat too, where did you get it? 8.5/

Guest Cursed Reaction
Level 4 seems more sensible for this but still keep the Level 3 Tokens. Good picture.
Darj
I don't know, but wouldn't this card be Limited or something? It has a similar effect to "Dandylion" and that card is currently Semi-Limited.The main difference of the twins is their activation condition, but they still create the same card advantage as Dandy. Now that I think about it, this card could be OP'ed: Using De-Synchro would give you +4 Tokens, which could be used as a wall or for Tributes and whatnot. This card has also a deadly combo with "Deep Sea Diva": Summon the twins, Normal Summon the Diva to bring any Sea Serpent, Synchro summon the serpent with the twins to bring a Level 4/5/6 Synchro, and with the generated tokens plus the Diva you will be able to Summon a level 5/8 Synchro. That means even if he's milled from your Deck, it gives you tokens. This, actually needs to be sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon to activate it's effect. And no, the card isn't overpowered.
