I think it's a little OP'ed. Limiter Removal Cyber End Plus This Equals Multiple Fatalities.

 

But dunno, pretty good. Maybe make its direct effect a little bit more limited... Let's say, to monsters with 2900 or less ATK.

If this was irl, it would be abused horribly.

Makes the whole OTK thing a little easier. Hell, this can even make synchro summoning easier, as you can special it when you summon a monster in any way. So..ya.

problem is you need to put some attack limit on the selected monster for a direct attack, otherwise it'd be OPed as hell

As mentioned above, the card is OP'ed. You could change the summoning condition to "When you Tribute Summon a monster,..." to make it harder to summon or prevent it from being used for 2-Tribute monsters. Or perhaps change the effect so it only affects monsters with 1000 or less ATK.

 

It's nice to see that it is a LIGHT Fiend.
