OCG FIX: When this card battles a Fusion or Synchro Monster, remove form play that monster without applying Damage Calculation and your opponent can Special Summon its Fusion Material monsters or Synchro Material monsters from your opponent's Graveyard to your opponent's side of the field.

 

I'd rather use Compulsary Evacuation Device. It works better against Fusions and Synchros.

I think its 0/0 stat justifies its effect. Best if your opponent's monster attack this face-down card. At least you get to put the Fusion/Synchro Material Monster into Defense Position to prolong this card's time on the field.

Raise its ATK. But still the card wouldn't be good: there are cards that, albeit specific, do a better job at getting rid of Fusions or Synchros ("Fusion Devourer" and "Gundari" respectively, for example) and as a bonus they both don't Special Summon any Material Monster.

 

It would be interesting if you changed her name to "Cyber Splitter" so she would be part of that "Cyber Girls" archetype. However, it would gain almost no benefit as there are no currently specific support cards for them.
