Pic is ok and but i suppose for the effect it has lots to do with monsters being the same type on the field which might be hard ?

Meh. A lot of decks stick to running a specific Type from what I've heard, so this is a best friend/greatest enemy. It still Seems OP.

So... If I bring out something like Cyber Eltanin and summon another monster next turn, you can destroy CE to SS your level 4? Or just summon it and take CE from me? That's OP to me. Perhaps a limit as to how strong the monsters are?

Not bad of an idea, but I would say this card is quite OP. The first effect practically locks your opponent's field to 1 monster in many Deck (not all, but too many Deck have only 1 Type), and the second effect turns 2-0 situation to 1-2. Both are without cost.

 

The first effect, you should add a cost and at least remove it from play if it is destroyed again (like Plaguespreader Zombie). The second effect, well, probably more restriction/condition would be fine.

I guess it would be best to use in the side deck for KrystaSworn, although not needed.

i agree maybe it has to be under 2000 ATK or 2000 DEF
