.Leo
"Can it be, the card that I'm looking for?"~ Yugi's DadLightsworn haters. YES IT IS! Chaos Controler = Effect = When this card is Normal Summoned, remove from play the top 5 cards of your opponent's Deck. Your opponent then returns all cards from their hand to the Deck, then your opponent draws 3 cards. ~~~ Discuss the following:- Where this card would be on the ban-list.- How this affects the meta.- How "Macro Cosmos" is affected.- How Lightsworns and Gladiator Beasts are affected.
So Legit You Quit
I'm not very good with OCG. But shouldn't opponent and hand be Capitalized? Its a pretty simple card, I dont keep up with Yugioh TCG, But how would u benefit from this?

RAEGING D0GKING
Dont think this would be banned, limited or semi-limited.Needle Worm is better cos you could use Book of Moon on it and send more cards to the grave.9/
So Legit You Quit
Ok, Im beginning to get it. This would help them Summon Judgement dragon if they did run a "Lightsworn Deck" by Having more cards in the Graveyard. To get on your Discussion Topic, It would Effect Lightsworns by ^^. Macros Cosmos is Effected Because It would Help Keep them from Special Summoning Judgement Dragon if they did achieve the Summoning conditions. All in all Im gonna have to say this is a pretty good card from what i know. 9.5/10.
.Leo
Thanks for the comments. *Waits for someone to take note on how your opponent can get a 20 card deck in 1 turn with this.
Sander
Uh, what? Why the hell would you want your opponent to mill, other than Macro Cosmos/Dimensional Fissure/Banisher of the Light? You're helping your opponent with this card. I'm sorry, but this is a stupid card.

Look, Lightsworns already mill 6+ cards in their End Phases. 5 card mill is nothing for them. Even for other decks, it's just a 5 card mill, AND a Reload-like effect when they just draw 5 new cards instead. Tl;dr: No, it won't.

Guest Cursed Reaction
Compulsory Evacuation Device or a card like Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier plus Ultimate Offering and this is evil. Although how you fit all of them in the same Deck is another matter. Let's check my combo:6 cards in opponent's hand. 40 cards in opponent's Deck.Normal Summon "Chaos Controller".5 cards in opponent's hand. 30 cards in opponent's Deck.Use Compulsory Evacuation Device or Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier.use Ultimate OfferingNormal Summon "Chaos Controller".5 cards in opponent's hand. 20 cards in opponent's Deck. 20 cards out of the opponent's Deck. Edit: Double Summon would work better than Ultimate Offering.
.Leo
I see what you are saying, but it could hurt your opponent more than it could you. Changing the effect to make this card better.
RAEGING D0GKING
No.This is how it works. You go first.Opponents hand, 5 and Opponents deck 35.Summon that, opponents hand is now 5 and the deck is 25.Use double summon and summon this again, opponents deck is 15.Use double summon again and summon this again, opponents deck is 5.Use double summon and put needle worm face down. You would need 7 cards in your hand tho.Id love if this card came out IRL. .Leo
Lua no, just no. You need: Ultimate Offering (FIELD), Chaos Controller x3 (HAND), BW - Gale Then you are golden.

And you fail at math. This card only mills 5 cards, so, how can 35 - 5 = 25? Oh wait, it doesn't. Here's how it goes: You go first, opponent's hand is at 5 and deck is at 35. You Normal Summon this card, opponents Deck is at 30, then your opponent shuffles their hand to their Deck, which makes their Deck be at 35 again, and then they draw 5 cards again, which makes their deck at 30. EDIT: Seeing the card, it's pretty overpowered. RFG 8 cards? No thanks. And you spelled it wrong. "When this card is Normal Summoned, remove from play the top 8 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard." MAKES PERFECT SENSE. It should be "When this card is Normal Summoned, remove from play the top 8 cards of your opponent's Deck."

It can be normal summoned from hand without any cost. Did you know that?Did you also know that this card removes 20% of your opponent's cards and most likely over 30% of his/her deckDid you also know that it could make a full hand a half hand which could put your opponent in a serious hand disadvantage. What am i forgetting... Oh ya.. did you know.. That's op Lawl. Seriously though, that is something you need to take a second look at. OP. 7/
-Griffin
The mill is something that I'm sure Trollta would enjoy, makes tech for Trolls. OP'd in a decent Deckout Deck since it's 1/4th of what you've got to mill. but the hand re-do thing is likely to be OP'd, since it's easily a +2. Canadian
I could do without the Opponent Discards hand & Draws 3. Or at least put in one hell of a drawback. Imagine a card that could constantly bounce it back to your hand, and than image that mixed with Ultimate Offering. But yeah, I'd change its effect. Way to Overpowered. Cool idea and image though. Just scratch the idea.
