When your opponent activates Solemn he still pays LP, but the effect is negated. It's that OP'ed that on DME they had to modify its effect: "Fleur Synchron" + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, reveal 1 "Fleur synchron" in your hand, Deck or Graveyard.
