Plant:

This card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 2 face-up Plant-Type monsters you control. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field. This card gains ATK equal to the Level of the destroyed monster X 100 points until the end of turn.

 

Elemental Hero / Junk guy

(i'm going to draw a better picture, this once kinda stinks.)

"Junk Warrior" + "Elemental Hero Avian" When this card is Fusion Summoned by the above fusion monsters returned from the field to your deck, (You do not use Polmyrization.) it gains ATK equal to all cards with "Elemental Hero" in it's name X 200 points. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 300 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard.

I think you should give both some dark backgrounds, and color the first one green and tan.

I don't know about the second one. The effect is pretty vague at some points.

Nice to see someone else new drawing around ^-^

They look nice, although you should center the first one a little more (and some color would be nice). You have skill there ;)

 

About the effects, can the Fusion one be Summoned by Polymerization and alternatively by Contact Fusion? or is it like Neos Fusions only? depending on the answer I can help you with the way to writting them individually.

 

It looks like a card Jaden would fuse for Yusei's benefit xD

I have trouble imagining a mixture of Elemental Hero monsters with Machines, but there must be something out there I'm unaware of.

I think, just like most of your work, it's great. But, I think this one isn't as flawless. I say great job for them being selfdrawn, and they are almost perfect. But the first card's effect is kind of iffy. Having that card on the field makes it almost impossible for your oppenent to get any good monsters on the field. I would suggest changing that from "Pay 500 Life points" to "Half your life points". Just my opinon, not being rude. Nice job again.

Well half your life points is a bit too MUCH i would say not more then 700.
