If this card is added to your Hand by "Toon Table of Contents" you may add 1 "Toon World" to your Hand from your Deck or Graveyard.

Its really convenient in a sense. Actually reminds me to find out if Psychics can be run with Toons.

It's pretty good in my opinion, you search for Toon World, and this with one card, that's good, but they still can't attack the turn they are Summoned, balancing the advantage that you would loose with MST or Heavy Storm if it happened.

 

Its kind of what Toons need. Although the pic doesn't look too Toon-like, and I don't like 50's in the ATK/DEF, I say its good ^-^

pretty good card, i imagined it would be a lot stronger because it is the "forbidden page" but i was quite wrong

not to say it isnt good, helpful to Toon decks though

Yes, this card almost makes Toons usable, I would think. Not overpowered, but capable of moving quickly to the field, and it can hold its own with a decent effect.
