EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Level 6 or higher Fusion Monster from your side of the field. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Level 8 or higher "Elemental Hero" from your Graveyard to the field, ignoring summoning conditions. When this effect is used remove from play all face-down cards on the field. Decrease your Life Points by 200 for each card removed from play due to this effect.

I dont get the last 2 effects, it doesnt make much sense... Anyways, field should be Field and thats all I can think of, nice-ish card. No rate atm.

You Special Summon Absolute Zero, Tribute it for this card, activate Absolute Zero's Raigeki-like effect, activate this card's removal effect, take some little damage, then Special Summon Absolute Zero again with this guy's effect. Get this guy back with Beconing Light or something.

Perfect way to get an open field with Absolute Zero's effect and then hit em with heavy storm, and if you have like another face-up monster, that's like 4000 LP or more right there! But at some cost, its a tad OP'ed cuz your opponent might have all face-down monsters that u destroyed.

Seems like it'd probably test too inconsistent. Might tech 1 to open up swings w/ Zero, but chances are it'd test badly and I'd be better just going for the consistent build.
