Once per turn the owner of this card can special summon 1 monster with "Neo-Spacian" from their hand or deck. This card gains the effect of all monsters with "Neo-Spacian" in their name on the field.

ATK - 3500, DEF - 3000

Effect is meh good be better though it does make it a pain to destroy out wait i got this -plays dimensional prison and removes it from play w/o destroying it-

 

anyways not going to say anything on atk and def because i'm not sure there.

You should add "only" to the Summoning condition. Otherwise it will also be able to be Fusion Summoned in any way like regular Fusions, except with an extra option "contact fusion" available. O_o

 

Effect is somewhat useful, but I would say add something else to it. I can see some combos in a fun Deck with it, but it still feels a little underpowered.

Almost forgot, press ENTER after you finish writting the Fusion Material Monsters in the card, it will look more realistic ^-^

I was originally going to have it gain 400 ATK and DEF for every active spell and trap card on your opponents side of the field but I probably will make it so you can't remove it from play i'll see what other people say.

if you did that it would be OPed because than you cant destroy the thing -.- unless you pull something out of your hat.

 

but maybe add in an effect that changes battle position of a monster or destory something after paying some type of cost or even more fun search out Low level E-hero/WATER/FIRE monsters after paying some type of cost or adding that the monster summoned by the effect effect is negated or just add it to your hand?

Yes I used Omnimon and Omnimon X for the pics but they look like they could be Neos cards.

I tried using paint to make a background but because Omnimon is so white parts of him were overlapped by the background if anyone can help me with picks that have backgrounds I'd be very thankful.
