Thegargoylevine
Does this mean that if I had another monster on the field that I would be able to special summon a frog, tribute that new frog for another, and go through the entire deck of frogs in just one turn? I played somebody using a frog deck, and I thought an instant 20 or so frogs in the grave was too much for one card effect, especially when these cards are poison draw frog and treeborn frogs. Please explain why this card is not broken!
CrabHelmet
Poison Draw Frog doesn't work with this. It Misses The Timing. Also, Treeborn is banworthy on its own.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
it doesnt work with Draw Frog, if it did its bannable.its fair powerful but not broken.
GraveHorizon
You can keep Special Summoning Frogs as long as you have some in your Deck and monsters to Tribute (the Frogs themselves). When an Ignition effect says "You can X to Y", you're able to do it as many times as you want as long as the conditions are right, while "Once per turn" limits you to 1 time a turn. It's kind of broken, if you have a way to abuse it.

Tribute Reverence Toad to Special Summon a Frog monster.3. Tribute the Summoned monster with Mass Driver to inflict 400 damage to the opponent.4. Remove the Tributed monster from the Graveyard to Special Summon Reverence Toad.5. Repeat Steps 2-4 until you win. Hey, that's a 3-card OTK. Awesome. Canadian
Yes, substitod is broken. I don't see why Lonefire is @ 2 yet this is @ 3. Is it because Plants have Tytannial or Giga Plant? If frogs get any more great supports, this is gonna get hit.
~/Coolio Prime\~
Like I've already been saying, Frogs can FTK so easily and should be meta upon Reverence's release if people are at all smart.
sbdnate
Like I've already been saying' date=' Frogs can FTK so easily and should be meta upon Reverence's release if people are at all smart.[/quote'] I would jizz if frogs became meta... Outside of the Duwlron thing... OT: Broken? I don't think so. Good? Yes, very. This card essentially lets you run 3 PoG. [/obvious]
Psycho Shocker Android
Substitoad is broken. Konami seems to forget "once per turn" quite often.

Manjoume Thunder
A tutor is as broken as the card it searches. With that being said, I think, that Substitoad is not broken yet, but Konami has to be careful when releasing new Frog cards, because they can easily break this. Reverence Toad almost does that ... Scatty
The FTK is inconsistent.:S You don't have to FTK. Exodia in Turn 4/5 also works.
Manjoume Thunder
I was replying to Corporal, but you posted faster than me. :D And the Exodia deck is even more inconsistent.

Scatty
Believe me, it really makes it better. Below Tier 2, but better nonetheless...
Sander
Believe me' date=' it really makes it better. Below Tier 2, but better nonetheless...[/quote'] Yeah, sure. Let's use Pot of Greediosity in a Deck that mostly relies on Special Summoning. I know that you don't have to, but still, that Deck is mostly Special Summoning. Also, I've seen a Deck that could spam out Trishula 5 times in 1 turn. I don't know how consistent that is, but it's pretty damn awesome to have the ability to rape your opponent out from their hand if you're going first in that duel.
