Saikano, what do you mean you don't understand the effect? Once per turn you can choose any Spell or Trap card from your Graveyard to your deck and it cannot be activated or set on the field for two turns. That's the effect...so what's the problem then??

umm... do you mean, "Once per turn, you can add 1 Spell or Trap card from your Graveyard to your Deck"?

The "from your Graveyard to your deck" part. Does that mean you return the spell/trap to your deck?

I believe he's trying to say your OCG is off

 

"Once per turn, you can choose anyadd 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to your Deck. That card cannot be activated until the 3rd Main Phase after this effects activation."

Yea seeing your new(er) people will critique your OCG which is really important for realistic cards. Also, to get better picture because that 1 is really common.
