OCG fixing needed

First, is this effect correct ? "During your End Phase, if you have not Normal Summoned this turn, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard."

 

Then, I don't know which one is the most balanced : "During your End Phase, if you have not Summoned this turn, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard."

No, by default, you always write turn without any capitalization. I still haven't seen a convincing situation where you would ever capitalize it.

In this case, it would depend entirely on the monster's ATK and DEF. If it has insane amounts of ATK or DEF (since it can be Special Summoned to any battle position), it could become similar to a Fox Fire effect that's a bit stronger and more powerful.

The effect is worded correctly so no corrections are needed.

And in my opinion, the first effect seems more balanced.

I personally have never seen turn capitalized in an effect before, so it'd best stay without the capitalization for now.
