Only A bit broken? If you hadn't noticed yet, it'll trigger its effect by its own effect indefinitely until all Spell Cards in the Graveyard are in your Hand as "Adding a Spell Card from you Graveyard to your Hand" would be the last effect to resolve, therefore activating the optional effect of Dark Magic Beast again. That would indeed need fixing for sure. Even if it didn't, Dark Magic Magician could continue to discard 1 card (in this case a Spell Card with "Dark Magician" in its card text) to recover a Spell Card with "Dark Magician" in its card text to constantly activate any of these effects that trigger when a Spell Card is added from the Graveyard to the Hand.

 

Dark Magical Resonance seems to count all the Spell Cards that have been removed from play, not just the ones that triggered its effect, so if you removed 1 Spell Card from the Deck to the RFG and that gave them a total of 5 RFG Spell Cards, that would equal a 15 card mill.

 

Dark Magic Draw is kinda funny since "Drawing 2 cards" appears to be a cost.

 

Either way, Konami doesn't want you to be able to recover Spell Cards so easily so any effects that do so are pretty broken.
