OOPC Club RP: Align the Scattered Rebellion [PG-13][Accepting/Started] - OOC

Thanks Andx, I put a bit more into him other then the attack moves, but for right now I'm gonna leave him without I think it will make it a bit more interesting. His moves will be basic fighting styles nothing specific yet.

 

I agree Andx to much went into this for it to die at this stage. Anbu should be finish up his app and I believe their was IceRinger as well that was interested and probably working on his app.

[spoiler=extra] When partially transformed his body part transformed looks similar to his Hybrid forms one, but the head turns to a one the same as full dragon but without the horn.

Dragon form is slightly smaller and It's Skin is a lighter green similar to half dragon

 

 

Personality: Kano is usually friendly around other Pirates, and usually quite calm. He often sticks to the shadows preferring Darkness to the Light and can at times be initiative unless asked a question. Kano has a pure hatred for Marines and will try to Shoot each one of them that he can find, allowing his partners to finish them off as in his words, "killing the marines would have been a waste of a bullet". Whenever Kano is faced with having to fight a Marine up close he uses his anger to guide his attacks and tries to kill them if he can.

Bio: Kano became a pirate soon after his Parents had died 7 years ago, they had been set up to look like criminals, this making Kano hate the marines and the government. Kano had a year after starting came across a Fruit with weird orange markings on it, he ate the fruit which was the cursed Fruit: Dragon Doragon No Mi. This had allowed him to be able to transform into a dragon and transform parts of his body to the dragon's style body at need/will. Kano used the power this had granted him to start burning Marines ships but eventually he had gotten shot and realized he couldn't destroy them by himself. He had since trained for years in Marksmanship, to shoot the marines and cause them to be unable to move to attack. Half a year ago he had joined the Mysterium crew after deciding that it would have been the only chance he had to kill the Marines, and make them unable to do to another what they had done to his parents. Kano took a position in the crew as a Marksman able to fire quite well towards the enemy and take a few down before the Marines had been boarded or fired back but he preferred to shoot their knees to stop them from moving so they would die by his allies in the Mystrium crew. He is still in his current position of Marksman and is not often seen outside of the shadows to which he usually will only be seen when not in battle.

Weapons: a Black Pistol with a Design engraved that looks like a dragon on the left side of it, a dark colored rifle engraved the word Mystic on the handle, A small cannon he cannot lift in normal form and short black sword

Mythical Zoan: Doragon Doragon no mi:

The devil Fruit upon consumption allows it's user to transform into a dragon, able to take a half-human form and a full dragon form like most other fruits. It also allows him to transform small parts of his body into full dragon whilst leaving others human. the fire which the dragon breathes is only 3 people wide and is fully Spherical, this fire whilst in full dragon form can become blue, hotter than most if not all normal flames.

 

[spoiler=[b]Fighting Style:[/b]] Staying at a distance he pulls of shots accurately with both his pistol and his rifle. He usually aims to disable the enemy but doesn't kill them, stopping them in their tracks so the others can deal with them. When he is forced to fight at a very short distance he has Basic amount of knowledge in scriptwriting able to save himself but not work effectively whilst using a sword. If he is fighting where there is a chance he may not survive he uses his Devil Fruits power using his dragon from both to damage and disable the opponent.

 

Inspiration/Goals: His inspiration is his want to rid the world of the Marines due to the pain they had put him through by killing his parents.

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Position in Crew: Assassin

Personality: Thinks far with vision, Easily influenced by kindness, Polite and soft-spoken, Having lots of ideas, Active mind, Choosy and always wants the best, Dislike nonsensical and unnecessary things, Judge people through observations, Angry when provoked, Likes to point out people's mistakes, Clever and knowledgeable, Hardly shows emotions, Sharp thinking

Bio: ((I'll come back and fix this cause right now I can't come up with a bio for him yet so wait...))

Weapons: N/A

Devil Fruit Power: Tama Tama no Mi - Has the ability to shoot bullets from his finger tips but not Rockets or explosion type guns. So thus meaning it takes him awhile to take aim for every shot.

Fighting Style: Jeet Kune Do

Inspiration/Goals: To be come the best assassin in the entire pirate crew.

@Anbu: I like the idea. It's interesting to say the least. I will however require one round of editing from you. If you could I'd like a pic of your character in full dragon form and half-dragon form if possible. If you can't get pics I would like descriptions. I just want some idea of what his dragon form looks like. Also, I suggest you proofread and edit the grammar errors which are somewhat noticeable. Don't worry too much on the bio. If you can add to it or make it better that's fine but I don't think I'll keep you from the RP over it. So after that you'll be accepted in my book, not sure if Primal has anything else to add though.

 

@Seito: I suppose I can't ask for edits yet as it's not finished but I do like the idea so far. Can't wait for the bio. I hope it'll be good.

Yes I agree 100% with you Andx, Anbu's app is good but needs those few adjustments, not to mention the pics or a description would help for the appearances. I have no other problems to add Andx so yes once that is done he may be excepted.

 

Seito: I like what I see, the only thing Andx did forget to mention was maybe adding in a few attacks, though this does not have to be done right away, as long as when you do edit you let us know what they are and we approve them. I cannot wait to see your Bio either as from where I am sitting your app is in pretty good shape at the moment.

I had too many ideas and needed stuff to do, so I made 2 characters.

Name: Karmena Judicali

Bio: Karmena Descended from a long, long, line of Oracles, they were rumored to predict the future, this was an exageration, they however were able to notice things most people didn't and make guesses of what would happen. They were detectives and judges in there city. Since they noticed so much they were empathic, many times they let criminals off with low punishments or force them to take jobs that actually give them a position to better themselves. Then the World Goverment decided to use them to find pirates, inspecting ships for signs of crime. The Oracles complied for a bit but one time an Oracle saw a pirate ship but since he also detected it's motives he refused to speak out against it. He defended the ship and when the lie the entire clan had to face severe repercussions. Since then the MArines basically completely controlled them, if they didn't help they would avoid trade with Seer Island (there hometown) and the residents will starve. This is the kindof life Karmena had to live with, condeming people for following there dreams. It wasn't enjoyable but gave him a sortof nihlistic philosophy, everyone is evil, the only way to stay on top is to be the goverment and decide for yourself who's evil is different enough from yours to be condemned. Some point in time he encountered a Devil Fruit, the Tsumi to ba~tsu fruit. This caused him to see people as they really were. This supported his theory to much, and what he saw was to cruel for him. In a act of desperation he blinded himself. It didn't work, he could see anyway thanks to the fruit. This sortof broke him, and he sortof stopped caring about his life. HE worked his way up to admiral rank by capturing hundred upon hundreds of pirates, sometimes before they even start.

Appearance: Bent over and withered, with long white hair and a large baldspot, Karmena is not intimidating at sight, especially with his black shades that show he's blind, however he can easily get up and move with skill if he tries. He doesn't wear his uniform, preferring the orange shaolin rodes of the oracles.

Personality: Karmena is aware that what he is doing is evil, he doesn't paticurally care, he thinks everyone is evil and is usually right. Thanks to his desent and fruit he is extremly perceptive, able to figure out motivations in seconds. Despite this he occasnionally lets some of the nicer pirates escape, but he hids this from the other marines. He also cares quite a bit about his crew (he handpicked them based on his perception of them) but is very critical to them. He's a bit like a overbearing grandpa. He's also a alcoholic.

Duties: He is an Admiral, he has set shop in Impel Down, keeping any of the prisioners from trying to escape before reaching the prision.

Abilities and Powers: (List your government influences, Example being who you control and how you can use this as an ability. Along with any hand to hand type attacks that aren't related to your Devil Fruit. Then explain thoroughly your Devil fruit if you have one.) KArmena has no power to influence the goverment do to his Oracle descent, however he has a large crew of 100 and a extremly large ship to hold his prisoners. The crew itself is very loyal to him. He uses a rope tied to a guilotene blade on one side and has a noose on the other side as his weapon. He is also a master at Rokushiki, he can use all moves besides Rokuougan. Despite this he is the weakest of the Admirals.

 

KArmena is also very perceptive and can guess your moves ahead of time based on his perceptions of you. This makes him a bit hard to hit and he is very likely to counter anything you do.

 

He also has the Tsumi to ba~tsu . This lets him see people as how they are, not what they look like, this means he can tell allot about your personallity with a glance, and if he stares he can see your history and see all of your crimes and how they affected you. He also can make the victim see there own sins and how they affected others. This attack is called, "Justice of Ammit" and is enough to drive most people mad.

 

Major Battle titles: Karmena vs The Pirate Warlords: Karmena was one of the people who personally executed the warlords

 

Karmena vs Fortescue: Karmena was the marine Fortescue lost his first crew against, KArmena looked at Fortescue too long and saw what the marines did, he was sickened by it and let Fortescue free as a funk you to the Goverment.

 

Besides that Fortescue has only paticerpated in small battles but they were very numerous ones.

 

 

Actually on second thought that took a bit outta me, I'll post my Shipwright later.

I like the app Nexev. I saw how you played off my characters app and I must say it fits quite well. I have one issue though.

Oh wait, never mind, I get it now. Your guy stops them from escaping before they go in. The only reason I brought it up was my Admiral character helped escort them to Marineford. But yours is different so it's fine. Good job, both the villain here and the hero you posted in the club are accepted.

I have to agree agree with Andx thank you all! I do have to point out that once again we make an RP and now more of the same type of RP's start popping out of no where!!! What is it that causes this, maybe they just think where to strict or something lol.
