Plus the burn can go up to 1600, at least.

I'm not really sure. It can be splashed in Quickdraw.dek.

5/10 for OPed because thats an easy 2000 in plant decks and it is a better version of Bottomless(its more OPed than bottomless) and OCG is The=Then and remove=remove from play OR destroy

When you say remove the monster. It's Obviously from play. if it was anything else i would say Return to hand or Deck if it was just destroyed it would be sent to the Graveyard. it's not that hard to figure out.
