Even if you can't use the monster card outside of discard fodder, it could disrupt your opponent's actions. Issue being, if you're not sure what's in your opponent's hand and they don't have any monsters, you just paid 1500 LP to look at their hand x.o I still throw it into my Amazoness Deck and I usually go for its effect regardless.
