He is definitely better than 90% of the YCMers. So please GTFO and stop insulting people that you don't know. Besides, Rota is unneeded. You only run it if you want to have a 4th Zaloog, but idiots don't realize that he is not the point of the deck. On the other hand, all those traps are required.

The deck's point is to slow the game and generate both field and hand advantage while poking at you for damage. The Don helps this over all strategy with the help of the Volcanic engine, that being said I would think Rota is a valid card choice.
