You can still spam synchros with bora/gale etc and leave your opponent without their monster effects. Good lockdown engine, like oppression is. I lol'd when people posted that BWs are bad with SD, who cares if Shura can't search, your opponent can't use any effects and you get off scot free with no catches, literally.
