[align=center][spoiler=Plot]

It was believed that six years ago, the X-Men defeated their nemisis Magneto and his army of villians. For six years there was peace for the X-Men and many others around the world. Until one night while Wolverine was talking to Professor Xavier, the Professor began to faint and the only words he said before falling out of his chair was "He's back." After coming to, he began to explain to the X-Men that he had a terrible vision about Magneto and how he had began to raise another army. Almost 1 week after this vision, their was a terrible breakout that happened at the Arkham Asylum. Magneto had broke into the Asylum with the help of some of his old group such as Juggernaut, Sabertooth, Toad, and many others. While in the Asylum, he managed to free all of the inmates, but only needed the help of one. The Joker. Now Magneto and the Joker have began to make a council of villians in a plot to destroy all of the heros in the world. So with the help of The Joker, Venom, Green Goblin, Doctor Doom, and hundreds of other villians, this council seems almost impossible to defeat. Even though the X-Men have gained the help of Spiderman, Batman, The Fantastic Four, and many other heros, the council maybe to powerful to defeat.

Name: Logan "Wolverine"

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown

[spoiler=Apperance]x-men_wolverine-1.jpg

Power(description): Logan, Wolverine is a mutant, possessing animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, six retracting bone claws, and a healing factor that allows him to quickly recover from virtually any wound, disease or toxin. The healing factor also slows down his aging process, enabling him to live beyond a normal human lifespan. This healing factor, along with his retractable bone claws, enhanced physical abilities and senses, made him a valuable weapon. His powerful healing factor enabled the supersoldier program Weapon X to bond the near indestructible metal alloy adamantium to his skeleton and claws without killing him.

Bio: Born the second son of wealthy landowners John and Elizabeth Howlett in Alberta, Canada during the late 19th Century, James Howlett was a frail boy of poor health. James was largely neglected by his mother, who was institutionalized for a time following the death of her first son, John Jr., in 1897. He spent most of his early years on the estate grounds and had two playmates that lived on the Howlett estate with him: Rose, a red-headed girl who was brought in from town to be a companion to young James, and a boy nicknamed "Dog" who was the son of the groundskeeper, Thomas Logan. Thomas Logan was an alcoholic and was extremely abusive to his son. The children were close friends but as they reached young adulthood, the abuse inflicted upon Dog warped his mind. His actions would lead to a tragic chain of events. that started as the three neared their adolescent years when Dog made unwanted advances toward Rose and James reported it to his father. In retaliation Dog killed James's pet dog. This in turn resulted in the expulsion of Thomas Logan and Dog Logan from the estate. Thomas Logan, in a drunken stupor, invaded the Howlett estate with his son and attempted to take Elizabeth Howlett (implied to be his former lover) with him. John attempted to stop him and Thomas Logan shot him down in cold blood. James Howlett had just entered the room when this occurred and for the first time his mutation manifested; his claws extended from the backs of his hands and he attacked the intruders with uncharacteristic ferocity, killing Thomas Logan, and scarring Dog's face with three claw marks. Elizabeth Howlett, who was already an emotionally disturbed woman, took her life immediately afterward with a blast from Thomas's gun. Fearing for their safety, Rose fled the estate with James, who appeared to have been deeply traumatized and had somehow repressed or forgotten most of the memories of life back at the estate. Dog falsely reported to the police and James's grandfather that Rose had murdered John Howlett II and Thomas Logan. The eldest Howlett, shunned James and with no family left, took Dog in as his ward. However, Dog was already a burgeoning psychopath and it was too late for his character to evolve down any other path.

In the years that followed, James and Rose took refuge in a British Colombia mining colony under the guise of being cousins. James also assumed the name of "Logan" in order to hide his identity. As the hard work of mining toughened his body, and his mutant powers developed, he grew to be unusually strong and ferocious. He was immune to the elements and even ran with the wolves in the forest, learning to hunt as an animal hunts. "Logan" became a valuable and admirable figure amongst the small community of miners due to his hard work and strong ethics, earning him the respect of his peers, including the foreman Smitty, who became a surrogate father figure to James. During this period, James developed strong feelings for Rose, but could not act on them for the sake of their guise as cousins. Smitty, who had been mentoring James all these years, had also grown close to Rose, and the two eventually fell in love and became engaged, much to the scorn and surprise of James, who later accepted the situation for the sake of Rose's happiness. Meanwhile, the elder John Howlett was in failing health and asked Dog to find Rose and his grandson so he could make peace with them before he died. Dog agreed. However, Dog (who has become a physically formidable man himself) decides to track them down so he can kill James. Dog hunted James and Rose down so easily that it seemed he had a preternatural skill for tracking. On then night that Smitty was due to leave the mining town with Rose, Dog (who bears an uncanny resemblance to Logan's future nemesis, Sabretooth) finally found and confronted James. Dog reminded James of his past, and that faithful night back on the estate that had changed all their lives so. The two fiercely fought in the middle of the street and despite being the physically stronger of the two Dog was eventually overpowered by the enraged James. As Dog laid unconscious, James unsheathed his claws for the first time in public, to the shock of everyone watching, and was about to deal the deathblow until Rose leapt in to stop him but was accidentally was impaled by his claws. Horrified, "Logan" held her in his arms as she died. He then fled into the woods where he lived in self-imposed exile with a pack of wolves, presumably for many years.

Logan possesses memories of being a Samurai in Japan, a mercenary operative for the Central Intelligence Agency, and a "wild man" in the Canadian wilderness. Due to extensive memory implants given to Logan through the Weapon X program, any or all of these memories are suspect. Logan has at least one memory of meeting Captain America (Steve Rogers) in World War II while he was in the Canadian Army which has been verified as true. Sometime after World War II, Logan was taken by a group of scientists led by Dr. Cornelius as part of the Weapon X program. Cornelius was hired to perfect and use a technique that would bond the indestructible element adamantium to human bone cells. Logan's skeleton was bonded to the adamantium, and he was indoctrinated into the Weapon X assassin program. Wolverine was conscripted by Department H, and for his first mission was sent against the incredible Hulk. Wolverine was subsequently approached by Professor Charles Xavier, who was looking for mutants to help his students, the X-Men, escape from the island-being known as Krakoa, which had captured them. Wolverine left Alpha Flight to accompany Xavier and rescue the captured X-Men. After Krakoa was defeated, Wolverine decided to stay with the X-Men, for reasons which included that he had fallen for Marvel Girl (Jean Grey). Logan remained with the X-Men for quite some time, at one time being their field commander, and encountered adversaries such as Proteus (Kevin MacTaggart), Magneto (Magnus), the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, the Brood, the Reavers, demons from the dimension of Limbo, the Marauders, the Morlocks, and even Dracula on one occasion.

After his encounter with the mutant assassin Omega Red, Logan began to question the memories he possessed, but his searches to find his true identity and memories proved fruitless. During an encounter with the mutant Magneto on his space station called Avalon, Wolverine slashed Magneto with his claws. Magneto retaliated, using his powers of the magnetic field to tear the adamantium out of Wolverine's skeleton, causing extensive injuries. These injuries shorted out Wolverine's healing factor for a time, and Logan also discovered that the claws that he believed a result of the Weapon X project were in fact part of his actual bone structure due to his mutation. These bone claws became Wolverine's main weapons until his skeleton later became grafted to adamantium again. As a result of his injuries, Logan left the X-Men for a time. He visited Muir Island at the request of Kitty Pryde, and was also attacked by Cyber. During the Phalanx invasion, Logan and Cable were asked by Charles Xavier to find and rescue the captured X-Men. They joined with Cyclops (Scott Summers) and Jean Grey returning from their honeymoon (and secretly the future) and freed their teammates in Tibet. Later, Logan was kidnapped by Tyler Dayspring, calling himself Genesis, who wanted to make Wolverine one of his new Horsemen. Genesis had acquired adamantium by destroying the body of the mercenary known as Cyber, and had planned to recreate the bonding process used on Logan years ago. This time, however, Logan's body rejected the adamantium, and he regressed for a time to a feral-like state. Logan regained his lucidity and rejoined the X-Men. Logan was subsequently kidnapped by the would-be conqueror Apocalypse (En Sabah Nur) and forced to fight the savage assassin Sabretooth for the mantle of the Horseman Death. Knowing that he might be able to resist Apocalypse's programming and that Sabretooth would be a very dangerous villain with the support of Apocalypse, Logan fought and defeated his nemesis. As a result, his skeleton again was laced with Adamantium. Under the control of Apocalypse, Wolverine fought the X-Men ferociously in his Death persona. But with the help of his teammates, he eventually broke free from Apocalypse's control. While on the Weapon Plus satellite, Logan was able to access detailed files on his past. However, it was a trap, and only Jean's manifestation of the Phoenix was able to save them. Wolverine greatly mourns Jean's loss, was not pleased with Cyclops and Emma Frost's relationship, but has remained a valued member of the X-Men, serving on as many missions as he can while also doing solo operations.

Faction(good or evil): Good

Weapons(description and pic): Adamantium blades that basically act like claws. Can be brought out at will and removed at will. Made of indestructable metal. [spoiler=Weapon]wolverine-claws.jpg

Personality: During his time in Japan and other countries, Wolverine becomes an expert of virtually all forms of martial arts and is familiar with and experienced in virtually every fighting style on Earth. He is proficient with most weaponry, including firearms, though he is partial to bladed weapons. He also has a wide knowledge of the body and pressure points.He is also an accomplished pilot and highly skilled in the field of espionage and covert operations. Wolverine will sometimes lapse into a "berserker rage" while in close combat. In this state he lashes out with the intensity and aggression of an enraged animal and is even more resistant to psionic attack. Though he loathes it, he acknowledges that it has saved his life many times. Despite his apparent ease at taking lives, he does not enjoy killing or giving in to his berserker rages. Logan adheres to a firm code of personal honor and morality. In contrast to his brutish nature, Wolverine is extremely intelligent. Due to his increased lifespan, he has traveled the world and amassed extensive knowledge of foreign languages and cultures. He can speak English, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Cheyenne, Spanish, Arabic, and Lakota; he also has some knowledge of French, Thai, Vietnamese, German, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Hindi and Persian. When Forge monitors Wolverine's vitals during a Danger Room training session, he calls Logan's physical and mental state "equivalent of an Olympic-level gymnast performing a gold medal routine while simultaneously beating four chess computers in his head." Wolverine is frequently depicted as a gruff loner, often taking leave from the X-Men to deal with personal issues or problems. He is often irreverent and rebellious towards authority figures, though he is a reliable ally and capable leader. He has been a mentor and father figure to several younger women, especially Jubilee and Kitty Pryde, and has had romantic relationships with numerous women, as well as a mutual but unfulfilled attraction to Jean Grey, leading to jealous run-ins with her boyfriend (later husband), Scott Summers. He also married Viper, and then later divorced her.

[spoiler=Accpeted]

[spoiler=Artemis Fowl: Gambit]

Name: Remy Etienne LeBeau "Gambit"

Gender: Male

Age: ??

[spoiler=Apperance]gambit.jpg

[spoiler=Power:]Gambit has the mutant ability to tap into the potential energy contained within an object and transform it into kinetic energy upon touching it. When Gambit thus charges an object and throws it at a target, the object releases this energy explosively on impact. Gambit is unable to use this power to charge living objects.

Gambit's ability to tap energy also grants him superhuman agility and dexterity, as well as creating a static interference that shields his mind from detection and intrusion by even the most powerful telepaths.

Gambit also possesses a hypnotic charm that allows him to exert a subtle influence over any sentient mind. This power allows Gambit to compel others to believe what he says and agree with anything he suggests. More powerful minds have proven immune to Gambit's charm.

[spoiler=Bio:]Abandoned at birth due to his burning red eyes, the child who would one day become Remy LeBeau was kidnapped from his hospital ward by members of the New Orleans Thieves' Guild who referred to the child as "le diable blanc" - the white devil. They believed he was the child that had been prophesied to unite the warring Guilds. Soon after, Remy was placed in the care of a gang of street thieves who raised the child and taught him the ways of thievery.

Later, when he was around ten years old, Remy attempted to pick the pocket of Jean-Luc LeBeau, then-patriarch of the Thieves’ Guild. Jean-Luc took the boy in off the streets and adopted him into his own family. As part of a peace pact between the Thieves’ Guild and their rivals, the Assassin’s Guild, a marriage was arranged between Remy and Bella Donna Boudreaux, the granddaughter of the head of the Assassin's Guild. However, Bella Donna's brother Julien objected to the marriage and challenged Gambit to a duel. Remy killed Julien in self-defense, but was excommunicated and banished from New Orleans in an attempt to maintain the nonaggression pact between the two guilds.

Remy wandered the world as he plied his skills as a master thief, aided by his mutant power to charge objects with explosive energy. He employed playing cards he charged with kinetic energy as his trademark weapon. At one point Remy had approached the master geneticist Mr. Sinister for help in controlling his powers. Sinister removed some of Remy's brain tissue to reduce his power levels, thus affording him a greater degree of control. As a result, Remy was now in the geneticist's debt, and Sinister subsequently charged the thief with assembling the team of assassins called the Marauders. Remy did not realize that Sinister would employ the Marauders to massacre the underground mutant community known as the Morlocks. Seeing the horrific results of his actions, Remy attempted to stop the massacre but was almost killed by the Marauder named Sabretooth. However, he did manage to save one young Morlock girl who would one day grow up to become the X-Man named Marrow.

Eventually, Remy encountered Storm, a member of the outlaw team of mutant adventurers known as the X-Men. Storm had been transformed into an amnesiac child who had turned to theft as a means to survive. Remy helped her escape her enemy, the malevolent psionic entity known as the Shadow King, and they became partners. Later, when the X-Men's founder Professor Charles Xavier returned from a long period of traveling in outer space, Storm sponsored Remy's admission into the X-Men. Remy soon fell in love with his fellow X-Man, Rogue, blessed and cursed with the ability to absorb other mutants' thoughts and abilities through skin-on-skin contact. The feeling was mutual, but the two soulmates were condemned never to touch. At one point, Rogue left the X-Men after she kissed Remy and absorbed a portion of his memories, learning of his role in the Morlock Massacre.

Remy was subsequently captured and brought before a mock trial held by Magneto, the mutant master of magnetism, then disguised as Erik the Red. He was summarily cast out of the X-Men and was abandoned in the frozen wastes of Antarctica. Starving to death, Remy made his way back into Magneto's citadel where he came upon the psionic essence of a dead mutant named Mary Purcell. The wraith-like Mary bonded with him, allowing him to survive until he reached the Savage Land, a hidden jungle nestled in the icy wasteland. There, Remy struck a deal with the enigmatic being known as the New Sun. In exchange for passage back to America, Remy agreed to run errands for the New Sun.

Remy returned home and encountered the X-Men again when he attempted to steal the fabled Crimson Gem of Cyttorak for his new employer. He agreed to return to the team, mainly for his self-respect and for his love for Rogue. However, Mary began to threaten Remy and his friends if he didn't agree to stay with her forever. When the X-Men finally found out about Mary, the wraith fled with Remy to her old hometown, where she tried to force him to merge with her and become a new type of hybrid lifeform. While Remy wrestled with her, Rogue charged in with a containment unit, which ultimately dispersed Mary.

During a trip back in time, Remy's powers were restored to their maximum potential by Sinister and he was able to utilize them to return to the present. Soon after his return, Remy served for a time as patriarch of the Thieves' Guild in his father's stead, as well as leading one of two teams of X-Men. Remy was also responsible for the unification of the Thieves' and Assassins' Guilds into the Unified Guild, of which he also served briefly as patriarch.

Meanwhile, the New Sun revealed his true nature after organizing an assassination game for a cadre of super-powered mercenaries with Remy as the target. When Remy took the fight back to the New Sun, he was shocked to learn that the New Sun was actually an alternate reality version of himself. In his own reality, the New Sun's kinetic charging powers had flared out of control, burning the world and killing everyone. As a result, the New Sun hunted down and killed versions of himself in other realities to ensure that they would not repeat his mistakes. During their final battle, Remy burned out his enhanced powers to defeat the New Sun, ending his threat and returning his powers to their normal level.

Remy was later framed by mutant businessman Sebastian Shaw for the death of the Australian crimelord named Viceroy. With the assistance of Rogue, her team of X-Treme X-Men, and former Triad member Red Lotus, Remy was able to clear his name. Soon after, Remy became embroiled in the X-Treme X-Men's fight against an alien invasion of Earth. He was captured and used as a power source for the invaders to open a portal that would allow their full invasion fleet to pass through and complete the conquest of Earth. The process was halted by the enigmatic villain known as Vargas, who plunged his sword into Remy's chest. Remy survived, but found that he had lost his mutant abilities. As a result, he and the also-powerless Rogue sought to live a normal life together and retired from the X-Men.

However try as they might, a normal life was not for them to lead as the pair soon became embroiled in the X-Treme X-Men's fight against the mutant predator Elias Bogan. After Bogan was defeated, the X-Man named Sage used her mutant ability to "jumpstart" Remy's mutant powers and he rejoined the team.

In an alternate future over 70 years from now in which the X-Man Bishop was born, Remy had become an aged figure named the Witness, so-called because he had apparently witnessed the betrayal of the X-Men by one of their own members. He was also thought to be the last survivor of the X-Men. Upon joining the X-Men himself, Bishop suspected Remy to be the traitor until realized that Xavier's mind and Magneto's mind spawned the corrupt psionic entity known as Onslaught.

During Apocalypse's most recent bid for power, Gambit joined Apocalypse's side as the horseman, Death. Gambit believed that Apocalypse would be able to save the mutants, but he would be able to stop Apocalypse should he betray them.

As Death, Gambit attacked his lover Rogue and his former group X-Men. Cyclops arrived with The Avengers to stop Apocalypse and his Horsemen. Apocalypse finally lost, and seems dead for a while. Sunfire, Apocaypse's other Horseman rescued Death from battle and they escaped. Afterwards they returned to take Polaris, who had also become a Horseman of Apocalypse only to find Polaris had been injured in the last battle and was now in a coma. Death and Sunfire lost the battle and were forced to run from the X-Base. Afterwards they discussed what will happen to them without Apocalypse. During their conversation, Mr. Sinister found them and they joined his Marauders.

As Death, Gambit regretted attacking Rogue. Sinister rescued him from his Death form, leaving Gambit feeling betrayed by the X-Men and indebted to Sinister. In the end, Gambit decided to stay with Sinister. The Marauders waited for the right time to attack the X-Men, with Gambit at the Marauders' side. During the battle, Mystique betrayed the X-Men and shot her step-daughter Rogue, Gambit's lover. They then took Rogue and ran. The Marauders had won the first battle.

After that, Gambit and Sunfire attacked Cable. Cable lost and was thought to be killed by Gambit, but Cable was in fact not dead.

The X-Men went to the Marauders for the baby where Wolverine injured Gambit, and learned the baby Messiah was actually with Cable. Upon learning the Marauders had no idea where the baby was, it was surmised Gambit assisted Cable in taking her.

When Bishop attacked Cable, Gambit rescued the baby, but as he returned to Sinister, he discovered Mystique killed him. Gambit felt as if he was finally free, and when Mystique used the baby to try to heal Rogue, Gambit saved baby again. Professor X and Cable came to take child, so Gambit gave the baby to them. Rogue was healed, and even though she wanted to kill Mystique, she didn't.

Afterwards, Gambit requested that he help the X-Men defeat Magneto, and his followers. They didn't trust him whatsoever, so he joined Magneto's team, the winning team.

Faction: Evil

Weapon: A deck of ordinary playing cards, he's trained and an expert in hand-to-hand combat, and a metal staff.

Personality: Gambit it a tratior and will join which side is the winner. Afraid to lose. He is a very flirty romantic. His temper isn't set off until he is assualted. He will only do something if there something in it for him. He is very patient when waiting and is will to wait for something to happen that will benefit. He goes for the long-term plan/gratification instead of instant.

[spoiler=willpower_9: Luka]

Name: Luka Hendrick Dare

Gender: Male

Age: 24

Appearance: Luka is definitely foreign. He has lightly tanned skin and dusky eyes, and a chestnut brown hair. His hair is messy but layered, long enough to fall over his forehead but short enough to stop at his thick eyebrows. His body is slim and compact, except for his hands. He has long, tapered hands, like a pianist. He usually wears something light and casual, something that helps him blend in with people. Sometimes, though, he suddenly wants to be different and wears something crazy, like a white shirt, red tie with a purple hoodie over it, completely the outfit with black jeans. One thing always remains in his outfit- A bead bracelet he wears on his right wrist. This bead bracelet is one his mother gave him on his eighth birthday, and is the one reminder of her Luka keeps. Luka also has a few scars and bruises. He has one long scar on his back, and a couple of scars on his left forearm. These scars, as said in the bio, came from the years living in a rough boys home. The ones on his forearms came from a fight, the one on his back from a accident, falling out of a third-story window onto a clothesline. One of his ears are pierced, not in the lobe but in the helix, the top part of his right ear. Don't let this bother you though- Luka is a very nice boy. Most of the time.

Power: Luka is a performance enhancer. Any superpowered person who finds themselves near Luka will invariably find their powers enhanced; Even normal people around Luka will find themselves with enhanced senses, feeling better than usual. How this works is Luka is like a vacuum and conductor all wrapped in one. From people around him Luka absorbs energy, and then releases that energy back into the person, but at a much greater amount. This energy includes senses and superpowers. However, that's not all his power does; Some of this energy Luka contains inside his body, and then he can convert this energy into other forms of energy, like heat energy, sound energy, and such, and then release it from his body. So, Luka pretty much has a symbiotic relationship with everyone about him; He benefits, they benefit.

Bio: Luka was raised in rural Switzerland, raised only be a poor farmer mother. His father abandoned Luka and his mother when Luka was born, and as a result, Luka was raised in poverty. However, though it was a hard life, it was one Luka enjoyed. Or one he looked back at in fondness when his mother died in a freak accident and Luka was sent to a boys home. This orphanage was not a good place; The older boys were restless, violent, and often bullied the younger boys. Luka often got into fights with the older boys when he stuck up for the younger boys; This attributed to the scars over his body. This was the bleakest time of Luka's young life. However, at age 12, life finally got better for Luka Dare. A American couple, on vacation in Switzerland, met Luka completely by accident and fell in love with him. They adopted him as their son and took him back to America, where they raised him for 6 years. They brought him up as their son; Luka, even though he had truly loved his biological mother, thought of these people as his own parents, taking their last names, Dare. At age 18, he attended Yale University, which he graduated from with a degree in science. However, this happy life was not to last; At the graduation party, Luka's mutant powers manifested and took effect. All the people around him felt great, but the power Luka absorbed was too much, and Luka released it all in a large explosion. Horror-stricken, Luka fled, unable to control his powers, unable to be around people for too long. For 3 years, Luka lived on as a recluse, a outcast, having to stay away from people to stop his powers from activating. But then, Wolverine, on one of his many travels, discovered Luka. He brought him back to the school, and Professor Xavier taught him how to control his powers and redistribute it in different forms of energy. He now works for X-Men, though he visits his adopted parents twice a week.

Faction: Good

Weapons: A watch created for him, it contains his energy levels whenever they get too high. It can technically be counted as a weapon, because if Luka takes it off, he will be unable to control the energy inside of him and it will release in a explosion that nearly kills him. It is a nice, deep-sea pressure kind of watch, big and black and bulky, though it measures his energy levels instead of sea level.

Personality: Luka is a free spirit, unable to be contained. He is very friendly, and is usually very peaceful (if a little excitable) but he sometimes has daredevil streaks that often gets him doing stupid things. As said before, Luka is very excitable, unable to usually stay still. He also is pretty humble, from growing up on a rural farm. However, this gives him a unshakable contempt for all spoiled people that often makes him very prickly and mean when around those people.

[spoiler=double_c4: Thomas]

Custom Hero

Name: Thomas "The Shining Shadow"

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Appearance:[spoiler=][spoiler=Secret Identity]AnimeMaleII.jpg

[spoiler=Hero Identity]

The Shining Shadow makes the similar shape and appearance of the Spiderman suit, but with many different looks. He also takes the partial look of Spawn, but it's only for the cape. The main colors are half yellow, half black, and the silver web lining is taken out. The outfit from the waste down is the same colors along with the similar waste down shape of Captain America and Spiderman. The utility belt is white with special one-button devices that activate his power. The utility belt also contains his many different weapons that come in handy for situations not as serious then when his powers could be used.

Power:[spoiler=]The Shining Shadow uses special 1-button devices that allow him to manipulate the Shadows in both day and night. All devices are self-rechargeable over time so his source is possibly unlimited. As long as he doesn't use it too often, he will have a decent repeating supply process. During the day, manipulation first flash-blinds an enemy temporarily before action is taken. The flash-blinding is derived through solar energy or water from rain.

During the night, it is basically the same thing, but blinding the enemies with black smoke that also suffocates them slightly, again, before the actual action of the manipulation actually takes place at all. The black smoke blinding is derived from lunar energy and thunder from a thunder storm.

When the Shadows are manipulated, the Shining Shadow cannot be seen and grabs enemies at a high speed, near the Speed of Sound. These powers were derived by an unknown scientist that had created the devices, the suit and weapons through inspiration of Spiderman, Captain America, and his act that Light and Darkness must be equal in order to have balance in the world. Thomas had similar likes and decided to take them as his own, that is, if the creator of the powers and weapons will return to take it all back, unless he is dead. It is unknown where he is, but he knows that he will not have these powers forever.

Bio:[spoiler=]Thomas was raised mainly in Schenectady, NY. In a way, his life was both bad and good. The bad about it was at age 6, his father had left his mother to take care of him and his brother all by herself, increasing the stress she already had. At age 10, his brother began to treat him like a bully; Treating him as to ruin his life along without caring or giving any possible respect. His brother also messed with his mom; Not giving any possible like Thomas, but is more stressed with her than Thomas. This has been happening for 7 years straight, that is, until he moved out. The day that happened, Thomas felt a weight of stress has been removed from him permanently. This was at the age of 16, where the true issues began to happen.

At age 15, though, he saw the battle between the X-Men and the Brotherhood of Evil. He wished this had never happened in the first place. He never wanted violence throughout his family or anyone he knew that cared about him. When he became 16, he was taken away from his mother by government agents. It was unknown why he was taken away. It was rumored that a scientist gave Thomas an injection to block off all of his memories of the battle the year before.

3 months before today, Thomas was wandering through the house of his paid apartment after a strange hooded figure told him to look more carefully around his house the day before. He had eventually found a strange button that he never saw before, pressed it, and was sent down a hole, leading to an unknown lab under the apartment(Mentioned in 'Power' section). After taking the costume and lab for himself, he saw a note from the scientist who made the lab and the costume. It read:

[spoiler=Short Letter]For anyone who finds this,

I have gone off on my own, looking for ways to bring both good and evil together as a permanent alliance in a different location. Whoever is reading this, let it be known that it will be you that will use the suit and devices left behind in time that good and evil will no longer be in a war fighting against one another. But for now, you shall walk unseeingly through the streets of this county as the Shining Shadow.

Sincerely,

Dr. Johnathan Mason

On the back laid instructions on how to use the devices and what they do in both day and night(Mentioned in 'Power' section). Then, out of nowhere, his memories of the battle he saw via television at age 15 returned to him completely. He did not know what to do. For the past 3 months, he became the icon of Schenectady, stopping bank heists, robberies, etc. He believed that he would have a higher purpose with the powers, but he didn't know what. That is until today, when he heard of Magneto's return and his releasing of all the prisoners of Arkham Asylum, including the Joker. Thomas had heard of such a name. He just never wanted to know what he did.

The exact same day, he was called by the X-Men to be recruited and to fight this new battle. Thomas never enjoyed violence as mentioned before, but he had no choice. He was part of this battle regardless and Magneto and his team of Villains will stop at nothing to take down every hero including him. Due to having no choice, he decided to join them, for he may become a very important part of the team that he might not know about at all. But for the time being, he will whatever is necessary and hope that the battle will end soon.

Faction: Good

Weapons:

[spoiler=]

[spoiler=Solar Net]

Derived from the energy of the sun, if necessary, while the shadows are manipulated, a special net covers the enemy while quickly beginning to hang on something like a hook or a pole sticking out of a wall. The net is, of course, unbreakable but can be easily untied by a slight yank at the net itself down. As long it is very sunny outside, the net could be used once at a time all the time during the daytime. The net is the average net with a yellow-like glow covering it completely.

[spoiler=Lunar Hook Gloves]

Derived from the moonlight, these hook gloves are used to grab enemies while the shadows are manipulated and hang them on street lamps. As before, these are only used when necessary. At times, he does use them, but only when he believes that it can be easier at times. The hook gloves are average leather gloves and hooks with a light blue-like glow around each one attached to all parts of both gloves.

Personality: Thomas is highly selfish with the act of caring and loyalty to his fellow team members. In battle, he would protect any of his teammates that are severely weakened. If one is about to die, Thomas at the last second would make the sacrifice of risking his own life to save him/her. When any of his teammates have personal and social issues, he would do what he can to give that person support and help with some of the specific issues going on.

[spoiler=Hotaru: Jade]

Name: Jade Rockwell

Gender: Female

Age: 19

[spoiler=Apperance(paragraph and/or pic):]33bh6c6.jpg

[spoiler=Power(description):] Jade's entire body houses many varieties of posions/acids, that she can secreat from any part of her body. She can control when and how much she releases. When people think of her power the automatically assume gas of some sort. It's true that the poison she releases is gas form, but it could also be in liquid form.

On a plus side she can also form a type of anesthetic solution, or a stimulat gas(to wake some one up). That's just to say that she can also creat helpful/harmless gases as well.

Because this is a close range ability she had to be taught martial arts to compensate. When she uses her powers her eyes turn purple. (I don't remember any other mutants having that power...Although I could be mistaken, as it's been a good while since I've seen the cartoon.)

[spoiler=Bio:] Jade lived a pretty normal life in the Rockwell mannor, and attended a privat all girls school. Until one day in her Junior year during gym class, she was playing a volleyball game. She didn't know what was going on because everyone just started fainting, and there was a purple gas floating around the room. She quickly realized that the smoke was seeping out of her pors and she ran not knowing what else to do. Her family quickly shunned her for being a freak, and when Professor Exavior found her she(and her family)quickly agreed on take her to his special school.

Jade had spent her Senior year at Exavior's school, and has been living there for a year before the begining of the plot. Jade tries to keep in touch with her family via letters, but she doesn't always get replies back. However, when she does get a letter from her home it's usually from her younger sister who thinks Jade is cool for having "Super Powers". Her little sister is the one who gave her the name "Toxic" as her other name. Jade also has an older brother who also writes to her every now and then.

She also has a small crush on Thomas(is that ok), and when he's near she usually becomes clumsy, more than she already is anyway, but tries to act like theres absolutely nothing wrong.

Faction(good or evil): Good

[spoiler=Weapons(description and pic):] Because Jade is a close combat fighter, she wears gloves that are light weight, but is hard to rip apart or through. It's a special materal that Exavior had, had made for her. It can block most attacks without damage being done to her hands.

[spoiler=Personality:] Jade loves punk rock/gothic styles of clothes, and because of that most people at first impressions consider her a punk. She is atually a nice girl, but usually lazy but only in the mornings as she isn't a "Morning Person". Jade is very curious and her curiousity always get's her into a tight situation. She doesn't like fighting but if she must she will. When she fights she becomes serious, strategic, and never likes to make a definitive plan until she access the enemy's abilities. Jade's also very smart, and can figure out almost any puzzle thrown at her.

Jade is far from modest, and loves pushing people's buttons to see how far she could get bfore they get annoyed. She's also quite clumsy, and gets even clumsier whern nervous. On slow days or if she has some free time she can be found snoozing listening to her ipod.

Name: Remy Etienne LeBeau "Gambit"

Gender: Male

Age: ??

[spoiler=Apperance]gambit.jpg

I am joining. I'll get my app up in a sec.

EDIT: Here it is...

Hope you don't mind me using your character, Riddler, and hope you don't mind me combining two powers into one. I didn't want to give Luka just a passive ability; thats why I gave him the converting energy power.

Okay. Here it is. I'm not going to get used to making apps this long at all.

Custom Hero

Name: Thomas "The Shining Shadow"

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Appearance:[spoiler=][spoiler=Secret Identity]AnimeMaleII.jpg

[spoiler=Hero Identity]

Oh, and with the fainting thing, how about we do a similar aspect to when Tony Stark's Arc Reactor was killing him in Iron Man 2, as Thomas' suit does something similar, but with his suit, his slow, painful death will be much much slower and will make him lose some blood, causing him to faint, as shown in my post.
