This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing From Play 1 'Wind Warrior'. When this card is successfully Special Summoned you may activate this effect depending on how many Monsters your Opponent controls.

1) This cards gains 400 Defense for the remainder of this turn

2) This card gains 400 Attack For the remainder of this turn

3) Destroy this card and Remove it from Play.

4) Destroy one card your opponent controls

5)Destroy all of your opponents Monsters.

Effect:

 

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by discarding 2 cards from your hand. If you do, you can draw 1 additional card during your next Draw Phase. Each turn, the turn player can add the top card of their Graveyard to their hand instead of conducting their normal draw during their Draw Phase. If they do, they can draw 1 card from their Deck during that turn's End Phase. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon it.

I actually prefer Bassa's card - J-Max's is good, but drawing from your discard pile and your deck would overload the hand with cards, and you'd end up sending cards to the discard pile because you had too many, and then drawing cards you'd thrown away, and it would all get messy. Bassa's card is balanced - there are OCG issues, but I'm not going to just vote on OCG. I prefer the effect, the picture is better, and I dislike draw cards as a rule - this one makes things too complicated for simple old me.

 

Bassa gets my vote.
