Hmmm... both are OP imo. But Jolta's card is a lot more OP. I really don't like this effect, "For each monster this card destroys by battle, it gains the ATK of the monsters". You can easily power up this card and if you manage to inflict DD (Direct Damage) to your opponent, you pretty much win the Duel (Brionac is a good combination to Jolta's card). And if Jolta's card is destroyed, it can SS "Ben Tennyson" for a defense. And you can Summoned this card again using "Ben Tennyson" effect, thus creating a recycling SS on the field.
