DARKPLANT RISING
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gladiator_Beasts So I went to this 16 local. In the first round, I hit a Gladiator Beast Deck. Since its creator wasn't really good, and he had no real fusions, he lost before my Goyo and DAD. However, in the 2nd round, he was able to flood with many mosnters, and he nearly beat me. Which I found depressing. Discuss on Glads, the annoying flooders.
GenzoTheHarpist
I went to locals today with GBs... went 5-0 in swiss, then won in top 16 and top 8. Lost in top 4 to infernities when the guy got the most ridiculous topdecks i'd ever seen. In short, they're really good.

GenzoTheHarpist
Judging from the last YCS, they are tier 1 this format, they had the third most placings.
Canadian
So then why haven't they gotten some more support? X-Sabers and lolInfernities have taken over the spotlight and that kinda annoys me.
GenzoTheHarpist
They have lots of support... I want a hand destruction GB though (and no, airbellum is not good in GBs, even if you run rescue cat).

Manjoume Thunder
They are tier 2. You can say that their tier 1 because of one YCS. They are still having mediocre results at regs.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
their still reasonably easy to side and beat. thats why their still tier 2.
GenzoTheHarpist
Yeah and everyone thought flamvell cat would be tier 1 because of early regionals... they mean nothing.
byak
their still reasonably easy to side and beat. That's because Konami hates them.
Edglar
GBs are tier one. This is basically Rock Paper Scissors format. Infernity > GBs > Frog Monarchs > Infernity.

EDIT: BehindTheMask. :S If you make another alt, can you say why you don't think that X-Sabers and Gadgets are good? And why the funk does everyone overrate Frognarchs? GenzoTheHarpist
I don't think infernities>GBs, they're about equal IMO, just depends on what hands they get.
Scatty
No way, unfairnities rape GB like zoophiles. (except for Archfiend who looks like a monkey horse to me anyway) And why wouldn't Airbellum work with them, people? Tried it, it was kinda good.
