This silly YCM/SXR/37/baby mama drama has gone on a tad too long.

 

I have to call you out on this comrade. This whole drama involves you' date=' Ben, Sam, Josh, and I. Matt and SXR are innocent bystanders who have hilariously been dragged into the situation. Adding that infamous name in the title was a metaphor for all that is clichéd, including "hate threads" like this and the previous. ;)

 

As [s']Matt[/s] InfinitySlayer said in his post, SXR has no beef with YCM. 37, meanwhile, doesn't even have an opinion at all. To their credit, most of our members are happy keeping to themselves on our little site, and besides this thread and the previous, the same is the case for Ben, Eli and myself.

 

None of the sites and their member bases have anything to do with it, just a handful who happen to use one or more. Ironically, out of the 4 sites - YCM, SXR, SAW and 37 - ours is the smallest and is getting a hell of a lot of exposure out of this whole rigmarole, and we're a free forum for crying out loud. :lol:

I acknowledge that I have broken this rule and my reasoning behind doing so is explained in the conversation contained in the spoiler below. Ben was not using it as munition - just to show Sam's hypocrisy. I too am a hypocrite, but unlike Sam, I don't care. This is what, specifically, caused this thread. 'Twas born out of the previous thread posted here.

The only rules I have broken are: perhaps Rule 3, but nobody's complained so I must presume not; Rule 5, 6 and 7, I suppose, but I only post in General and that forum has not seen those rules enforced there in years, and I'm not the only moderator, let alone member, to ignore them, and; Rule 21, but this site cannot suffer from losing members, and you too advertise your site in your signature.

37 has a 145 members. Thus far, the thread on 37 that lead to that thread in General here on YCM was posted on by 3 members. I don't think you need guess who. That is not half.

No, they haven't, and no, it's not. Most of our members don't give a damn about grand ol' YCM and the miscellaneous squabbles we have with the likes of you from time to time. In fact, I'm not even sure that many people read Ben's blogs. :P

 

You two dislike each other. That's fine. I don't particularly dislike you, neither does Eli, even though for various reasons you choose to dislike us. That's fine too, really. I respect you sticking up for yourself and Josh, even though I disagree on most of your points.

 

37 does not dislike you at all, and I'm not sure if you even have an opinion on it or not, but please, don't speculate on what the rest of its member base - the vast majority - think, say and do, when you don't use it and don't know. That's uncalled for.
