I shift position a lot in my sleep. Thank god for my queen size bed <3 One of my friends has a bell on his door, cause he sleepwalks. Growls in his sleep too, scared the sheet out of us on camp :p

Discuss your sleeping habits, or any any other interesting things other people you know tend to do.

When I'm in my bed I usually sleep with a large stuffed Teddy bear and that only because I'll fall off the bed if I can't cuddle up to something.

When I'm with friends I tend to try to cuddle up with them which makes them mad, lol.

No matter how hot or cold it is, I will take my blankets and coil them around me, like a cocoon. And in the morning I emerge an new person, recharged and ready for the next day.

Oh, and my friends tell me I tend to sing in my sleep, and I snore like a banshee.

I move and change positions a lot.

I hug/cuddle my blanket. I don't know why, but I always have.

I sleep as close as possible to the wall (my room is always arranged so that one side of my bed is pressed against the wall).

I have to have a blanket on me. It doesn't matter how hot it is.

I can not sleep with the TV or any other source of light on.

I can not sleep without some sort of white noise (fans, air conditioners, etc.).

Most sounds, even alarm clocks, will not wake me up; however, I'll wake up instantly if you turn the light on or nudge me.

There's probably a few more things, but they escape me at the moment.

I stay deathly still when sleeping. Not a sound' date=' not a movement.

I'm like that now.

One night I turned by 180 degrees xD

I used to do that 2/10 nights.

Same here.

I get TERRIBLE nightmares if I don't have a stuffed animal in my arms/hands while sleeping. DON'T LAUGH OR MAKE FUN OF ME. Any ideas why that causes me to have nightmares?

It's because you touch yourself at night.

No more of the "You fap/masturbate/touch yourself" sheet. I'm serious.

My dad "accidentally" hit my head on a metal chandelier when I was a baby. Could that be the source of this problem?

It's possible. Just throwing an idea out there with this... Why don't you ask a doctor instead of asking people on a children's forum.

I'm told I snore and breathe really hard when I sleep ;_;

And I always wake up about 3-4 A.M... You know, if I'm asleep by then.

I move around a lot and since I wake up and sometimes tuck the sheets in real tight I get charlie horses like every night ;__;
