I'm sorry to say this but this card has a real bad effect and has very little to do with the name

try adding this to the effect

"If there are 4 dragons on the field (not counting this card) all with different attributes you can" or something like that then have it say to go a long with the name "This card is also WATER, FIRE, WIND, EARTH, and DARK attribute."

5/10 :(

IT: CED says hi!

CED is one of the most overpowered Monster cards in the game and banned for good reason.

Anyway, ridiculously overpowered. Rather easy to summon (look at Dark Armed Dragon), very high ATK and DEF, free field nuke and a burn effect. Making it balanced would require completely overhauling the card. Nerfing the Effects beyond recognition (lose the field nuke to start with), lowering its ATK and DEF and obviously changing its Attribute.

CED is better than this, and the effect of this card is almost the same as CED. Trying to make a card close to CED would be OPed...

Idea isn't that original...
