"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 WIND monster your opponent controls"

never ssay "opponents side of the field" always "a monster your opponent controls or "1 monster you control", Opd for sure IMO, dunno if its worth 10 star however, capatalize "winds" in the name"Winds". Also 2 types? and ones fake? may wnat to change that, pic isnt the worst but not great, but yea make it just winged beast or summfin, not bad not that original though so yea not bad of a card.

1, no fake types

2, Why didn't you make an effect besides the summoning requirement.

3, picture is ok IMO

4, yes it is overpowered because it's got no effect

5, How can you remove a monster from your opponent's side of the field

6, side of the field = control

7, you must capitalize

8, that's not what goes in set ID

9, lower the DEF or ATK or Both

10, Final score is 4/10 for effort and the pic

Considering you have to remove a WIND monster your opponent has in play currently, this card is balanced (IMO). The reason being is this card is really situational (It's effect is similar to "Trap Eater" and the like) and would more often than not end up as a dead draw in your hand. This card is useful because you can get rid of Stardust and other powerful monsters, but outside of that, it's vulnerable to destruction. I would add a secondary effect. You could be a bit more creative with this one.

Oh, and I know you like the whole "Elemental" type thing, but these cards are supposed to be Realistic.

This. Only at the moment it's less than balanced - it's underpowered. Most decks have 3 WIND monsters: Stardust Dragon, Stardust Dragon, and Stardust Dragon. WIND is the least-used attribute in the game.

All OCG corrections have been mentioned, except you just need to say "WIND monster" not "WIND attribute monster". For future reference, whenever you would need to write Attribute, it would also be Capitalized.

And people don't like Fake Types. Really don't. I suppose because at a certain point you might as well just make your own game.
