Did you misspelled "Mammoth" or the card is meant to be named "Mammouth"?

 

If it is an Ancient Gear, you could add their signature effect: "If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step."

 

And... the card effect lacks originality and is also OP'ed: it could be abused with Tuningware and De-Synchro for massive card drawing. I would suggest you to remove it, but then your card would become an ordinary "Ancient Gear" monster.

So far, in the Yu-Gi-Oh universe, Originality is a LONG effect. Things like this don't need to do so much.
