I think it's ok to drink milk, but I prefer using soy milk most of the time.

The only times when I still drink "real" milk is in yoghurts and some cheese.

 

I don't think we should all abolish milk and eggs but...like honey, keep it in check, there are always overdoses so we can take the plus. But too much to use all the water and grounds, plus force-feed cows with nasty things...just no.

 

I'm ok with cow milk, if only for the cultural aspect of cheese annd there are different ways to get it too. I'm just paying attention to where and how the milk comes from, the rest of the time it's soy milk for me.
