Thohg im confused. Instead of gianing the effect of one in yoiur hand why not the card you removed?

Maybe the card in your hand have a better effect than the removed monster ? Maybe yes, maybe no. Use your strategy or luck.

I agree with table cloth, it's a good effect good picture, holo is ugly as hell and I think it should be the card you removed from play, but you don't have to. Also I think this card is pretty damn OPed considering there is no draw back to his effect except that you can't normal summon or set that turn (which isn't really a big one) and you only have to discard 2 cards. 8.5/10, over all pretty great card.

Discarding 2 cards and losing your Normal Summon/Set for the turn is a giant cost. If I want to -2 myself, it better be for something awesome.

 

It's really mediocre. Losing out on a Normal Summon/Set still gives you access to Special Summoning/Synchro Summoning, and there's potential for abuse there, but if you play a hand right, you can give him a good effect to copy.

 

I like it, but I don't think it's anything close to OP. I could've seen you get away with a 1 card discard. It's just something you have to have the right cards in the right situation for.

So, maybe if I increase it's stats, and remove the "you cannot Normal Summon" part, would be better ?

I like the card tho I say make it a level seven or say that it can only be special summoned by discarding 2 cards to the graveyard.

Leave the effect as it is. Maybe only raise it to lvl 8 and make it have a bigger ATK.
