With the head banned, the other pieces can be at 3.[/quote'] with any of the 5 banned the other 4 can be at 3.... True but the Head has the Effect that wins the game so that should be banned. The other pieces are nothing more than weak Vanilla's beyond being listed on Exodia the Forbidden One. Also, while not really a reason, let's say a card was designed that is treated as the banned limb. You would have to ban that too. Another reason to leave the Head banned.
