First of all, they appear a bit slow. Consistently getting bone counters on monster is going to be a challenge. That makes them underpowered. Bone bind is like gravity bind, or level area limit b except situational (perhaps more powerful (need to look up)).

Bronze Bone is way overpowered. On and card that hands out bone counters 'you need to say place x bone counters on any card you control that is able to have bone counters' That is rough so it isn't exact. A way to balance it would be to send the top x cards to the grave instead of choosing a monster. Call of the Haunted anyone?

Bone Disposal is the same way, but I like it more. I don't know why. It appears balanced as a +0 draw engine, but you shouldn't be able to choose the monster again. If you want to stick with monster disposal, how about the first monster you find after picking up cards from your deck. Then you shuffle your deck.

Ancient Graveyard and Graveyard Ritual. They are a pair. That could be a bad thing because in a duel what are the odds of getting the cards you need. But I won't judge on that. It is OPed to be able to choose any card and send it to the graveyard. If you want a monster do it like the way above. If you want it to be any card, before you send the card to the grave declare a number of cards. Then you go down that number of cards through the deck and send that card. For example, if you said five, you'd send the fifth card from the top of your deck to the grave.

Graveyard Ritual. On second thought, it being in a pair makes it balanced, or UPed. But I don't have much to say on it. I like the card and it reviving monster that are sent to the grave fits in with the theme. The only problem is there is one card doing that. And being in a pair it will be hard to get out. Perhaps make one that has some kind of cost.

Bone Factory. For some reason I always pictured the Skulls as zombies. Fiend was my second choice. Anyways, on to the card. It is a great card for what you are going with. Unfortunately there is no card here that sends monsters back to the deck. I'll get to that in a moment. Bone Factory. I like it. It is definitely not OPed. Maybe underpowered, or balanced. There is not much bad to say about it. I like it's effect as a way to recycle monsters. Actually rereading the effect, it is underpowered. It appears incredible difficult to set up the bone counter engine. You should really change the effect to a Bone Generator getting sent to the grave. That way this could also use Ectoplasmer.

That is it for your spells. I'll do traps later, and monsters for the finish. I'm not a pro, but I have learned in my almost three years of being on this site. You wouldn't believe the junk I produced. Take my advice or not, it was fun writing it. And one other thing. You deck list is illegal. If you have a card that's name is treated as a different cards name, you can't have more than three of each mix matched throughout the deck. There was an article of yugioh wkia, but I can't find it. When/if I review monsters, I'll bring this back up. Tata for now.

Actually, no. A great rate, but in a Water deck, you can have 3 copies of each card. In effect, in a deck, you can have 3 "Umi"s, 3 "A Legendary Ocean"s and 3 "Forgotten Temple of the Deep"s. Because on the actual card, they have different names. They just are treated during a duel as that name.

I know the deck is slow, but it works. It's all about the preparations.

i dont like the picture you used on "bone generator" that was taken during the holo caust

It was? Well I guess pictures aren't that perfect then.. but I understand you didn't mean to take a picture from the holocaust.. Will you change it, it's quite disturbing that way..

Okay... I will. I need to say one more thing about your rating: you can place any type of Counter on a card, even if it doesn't have any involvement with the Counter.

I read the rulings... Wow... Really? I hate this... Only slight changes are needed... I'll go ask some of my real-life card buddies, and see if it's true. I don't trust the Wikipedia.

It's time for me to rate the traps.

Skull Calling- a situation Call of the Haunted with an added effect. It is perfectly balanced and speeds up the deck.

Bone Reactor- I think it is a little overpowered for only 1000 life points. It is a situational solemn judgement that only destroys things that target. Increase the cost to perhaps 1500 and then it is balanced.

Skull Recharger- What can I say? It is a perfect example of a trap monster. Then again trap monsters are usually a little UPed. You should increase its defense to 2000.

Bone Tablet- It is a little confusing on when you can activate it. I like its effects and they nice. The only problem is Bronze Bones. That card makes this one OPed. You can instantly activate three effects. And effects four and five shouldn't be a problem when going for a push. You need to change Bronze Bones to place three skull counters on any monster you control or else this card is too overpowered.

Sorry, but I'm not very interested in spending my real-life money for this. Oh, and thanks for the rating. I wonder who rated mine as "Terrible"? I'll go look.
