This card can only be Special Summoned with "Dark Fusion". When this card battles a monster, during the Damage Step, you can remove from play an "Evil Hero" monster in your Graveyard to have this card gain ATK equal to the monster it is battling, until the End Phase.

Bit bland IMO

 

Maybe remove from play an Evil Hero from your Graveyard instead of Tributing. Since, pretty much, you just made it a worse off card than Terra Firma

 

Also, just write "This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Dark Fusion"". Unless you plan to write up a card(s) for this

I was thinking that there were a lot more cards that could summon this, but aside from Dark Calling, the only other card I can think of is Escape From the Dark Dimension.

i suggest adding an extra effect that helps the first effect like infernal sniper(evil hero of rampart blaster)has "cannot be destroyed by your opponent spell cards"whoch can make it stay longer and inferno wing(EH of flame wingman)has a piercing effect that will inflict damage to your opponent more even if its in defense position. i suggest maybe adding an effect that decrease the opponents monster, or maybe something else if too strong
