Well lates think about that. Ice barrier tuner effects....cannot be destroyed by card effects or battle. So its easy to have two on the field. Next you have umi on the field for a power boost. Then you have an Ocean Dragon lord in your grave. You tribute those two summon it and use it effect when needed. AND THEN DO IT AGAIN. you also levia as well. How is that not abusable. And with the water thing i dont mind just trying to catch an error. Srry for being the only one to see errors in your card buddy.

Errmmm just to be smart ass in the official rule book it tells you that if a cards effect goes against the rule then you listen to the card not the rule book so if an effect says you can normal summon from the grave then you can normal summon from the grave which is the same as a card telling you you can normal summon twice this turn.

 

Oh and there is no rule saying you cannot normal summon from the grave so wtf?

Synchro lvl9- Water Requirements
[summon trigger-Select 1 Water Monster in grave, SS one with same name from Deck to field face-down] [As long as on field, can normal summon WATER monster from grave]. Discard as many from hand to Grave once to RFP that many cards].

Not bad actually, but why do I have a feeling with Ice Barriers this is far easier than you'd think? In a Ice Barrier Heavy Deck, you can EASILY fulfill these conditions with the deck.

 

Lvl6 + Lvl3? Lvl2 + Lvl7? Lvl1 + lvl8? Granted the Level 1 Tuner would have to come from outside theme that isn't really bad. And doesn't Diva summon this like nobodies business? Way to go and make a broken card. Balance is questionable >_>"

Seems I've made a mistake. I'm sorry for any trouble I may have caused.

I'm just used to seeing Special Summons happen from the Graveyard instead of Normal Summons.

Like I stated in my first post I agree with joshicy since it is supposed to be in a deck full of water monsters and it's effects are all based on using those water monsters so the restriction for all the effects is not really a draw back it just seems as you are forcing people to use this amazing card in a specific deck.

The second card again is really good just the last effect is a bit to powerful since that should be at least 1000 damage to start with I don't know if you want advice but I sugest that you shoul lower the damage to 200. 8/10

Why would I delete it? It's pretty much the whole effect.

This card is suppose to support WATER monsters' date=' so it'd already gain counters if you use a water deck. Otherwise, you'd need to pick at your opponent's monsters. And to be honest, you don't get much chances at a direct attack these days.

I understand, but it still requires tribute and you still can only activate it's effect once unless you have 2 or more umi's. And frankly, it's just another otk strategy. Hell, not even otk, just a potential win that can be accomplished easily without this card.
